Yard Dog was such a pleasure to work with. They tore down our existing fence quickly and built a beautiful fence. They were quick to respond to anything we had a question about and finished the job promptly. We've already had multiple compliments on the fence! Service: Wood fence installation

I had them build a fence and stain the deck/fence for me at my home (see pics of the finished stain job) - I insisted on them to come back and re-stain and clean up. They didn't reply for so long that when I finally got ahold of them to clean up and re-stain my deck, it was starting to get cold and I had to wait through winter. The entire process was 9 months long.

The fence and gate they built me is good, so I expected the same quality and attention to detail on the stain. After they finished the job, They added an EXTRA $979 charge that I had to dispute and show them was nowhere in any of the contracts. They also carried over a deposit I made from a completely different contract that had already been completed and paid in full. Seeing the other negative reviews, they are defensive towards rightful criticism.

I can't stress enough how amazing the entire experience of having our fence installed has been. From our initial consultation with Robb, working with Jamie on scheduling and Shay in the office; everyone was personable, accommodating and professional through the entire process. Robb went through the install process, fence options and pricing with complete transparency - he helped us determine what fence would work best for us as well as gate placement. Shay was prompt and courteous when working out our contract and pricing - we made several changes after the initial estimate with no issues, they quickly made the changes and adjusted the pricing, getting the revised estimate back to us the same day with no hassle. Jamie helped us with scheduling to accommodate a patio we were having installed around the same time - the entire team communicated with us through every step.

The install team was fantastic, watching the fence go up so quickly and so well built, they put a lot of effort into the slope of the fence to match the slope of our yard. Robb had said due to the slope we may end up with some gaps at the bottom but there are no gaps, we'll never have to worry about our dog sneaking under the fence. Thank you so much, y'all are amazing and we LOVE our fence!

Yard Dog Fence company was recommended by a friend of mine. They were on time and the work performed was superb. They were excellent at communicating any expected delays due to weather. I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing fence work done. I don't post many reviews. I can't say enough good things about Yard Dog Fence. From my very first interaction through installation I had awesome support and service. There was a fence placement issue on the day of installation which was my fault. The Installation Manager Matt was there within 30 minutes, and quickly worked with me to make the changes I needed/wanted. He was friendly, and very professional.

He addressed my concerns extremely well. His told me the main concern was wanting me to be happy with the installation, and his actions supported this. The crew was very friendly and professional, even though they had to start late because of me. The quality of the workmanship was astounding! My only wish is that it was inside the house so I could enjoy it all the time!

Had a fence installed this week by Yard Dog and I am very pleased with the whole transaction. They were responsive, reasonably priced, and the crew did a great job with install and clean up. The fence looks great and it's exactly as it was planned and discussed when originally estimated. Robb, Jamie, Shay, and their install crew were all wonderful to work with.

We purchased a privacy fence and reinforced gate from Yard Dog. The fence meets expectations, however the experience working with Yard Dog has proven that the customer's time and property are not priorities for them. It's been over a month since the fence was installed and remnants of the old fence still stands in the ground and concrete residue still speckles the driveway.

These issues *should* have been rectified on installation day but after two returned trips at our request, these jobs remain incomplete a month later. The crew cleaned half of the spots when arriving unannounced last Sunday morning, the other half still remain. After persistent communication on our part, crews have returned on two occasions to collect additional fencing and clean spots but neither to completion as of today.

I contacted the owner 5 business days ago with my frustrations - after providing him the photographic proof he required, he said that my experience is not typical and they'll get someone back out 'when they can' - we're still waiting. If/when this job is ever done, half of our driveway will have been pressure washed where residue was left behind - having half of the driveway pressure washed looks awful, but that's what we get in this situation. Additionally, the installation crew left the hose faucet dripping which went unnoticed for weeks because it's fall. While the fence is nicely done, this experience has been a significant drain on our time and resources - even with the $250 discounted offered at our request.

I have had a great experience working with Yard Dogs - not only is Sam a courteous and responsive representative to work with, the crew built a beautiful fence with quality workmanship. Whats more, the team provided excellent support and affordable repair work when the same fence was damaged in the recent tornado. I highly recommend this company and will continue to hire them myself for future needs!

I just wanted to let you know that your guys finished up today. They did an excellent job. Marvin especially, seemed to take pride in doing a good job and paying attention to detail. There were several details I noticed that seemed to suggest he really cares about the final product. My wife and I walked the entire fence line and we couldn't imagine it being done any better. WOW! What an pleasure to deal with this company. We had our fence installed in June of 2015. We got several quotes beforehand and Yard Dog not only beat them all, they explained exactly why they were the best company to go with, and boy were they right.

I had this company do a fence for me back in May 2015, and it is perfect. 5' black chain link around about half an acre. They not only beat Home Depot's price, but they made a better fence. They put concrete footing at every post, something Home Depot doesn't do, and a tension wire all around so my dogs wouldn't dig under it. The job was done very quickly, and it looks amazing.

Amazing fence! Harrison was great to work with and Sergio and his crew (Hugo and Franklin) did an excellent job. Using the red pine slats really made a huge difference and has gotten a lot of compliments from my neighbors.

My experience with Yard Dog was exceptional. Clint, my sales guy, was great to work with and came back to my house a couple of times to discuss options as I struggled getting my fence approved through my HOA.
