I am so happy with the installation of my new ac/heating split system and two mini split units. From the initial home estimate to the inspection after the install, Sun City employees were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They never pressured me to make a sale, and they answered any questions I had. Jeff and Marciano were the installers who showed up on time everyday with a friendly and professional attitude.

They worked hard and cleaned up as they went which was pretty impressive. I feel very confident in the quality of the equipment and the workmanship that was done for me. Thanks to the whole team!

The employees of Sun City Plumbing and Heating are so professional. It is hard having someone in your home for long periods of time. They replaced our swamp cooler with an AC. Due to our unique situation, we required quite a bit of construction to our dry wall and remodeling of a closet. Todd was always so polite, helpful, and informative. He did an excellent job matching paint. I felt very comfortable having him in my home!

I have a bi-annual contract with Sun City. It is the best value for the money. That's good care of me and make sure that my new heat pump is working correctly. they also installed my Nest thermostat and they make sure it is working correctly too. Manny G. did my service this spring. He was kind, professional, and really knew his stuff! I totally trust Sun City to take good care of me and my home. Also, they understand climate change and taking care of the planet by using efficient mechanical equipment.

One Monday, I noticed water around my utility closet around noon. Sun City had a plumber at my house that afternoon to confirm my water tank was leaking and an estimator on Wednesday, who told me I could replace my tank heater with a circulating tank-less water heater. The unit was installed on Friday of the following week, and finished the next Monday.

It took a d couple of weeks to get the circulating pump set up to meet our routine. Now, everything is working properly and we are very pleased. We are happy with their work and especially how quickly they were able to address our needs.

Raul and Gonzalo were great. They worked non stop through the heat and patiently explained each detail. They made every effort to avoid making a mess and even cleaned up after themselves. The result is a brand new heating and cooling system with a warranty from a locally reputable company! After the installation Victor came by to inspect and ensure the system was up to spec and operating correctly, also reminded me that the service includes a fall heater inspection and turn on visit. Also, though I don't remember their names, two other technicians replaced a shower drain a week before the a/c install and also completed their tasks professionally! They have my future business for sure, highly recommend them.

I'm so appreciative of the quality of my new refrigerated air system installed in my home. The whole team was great, even the phone calls to stay in contact and let me know updates. A shout out to Jeff and Marciano for an incredible job. They were on time, efficient, respectful, and real gentlemen. It was obvious they had experience and knew what they were doing. I called Sun City because my furnace was making a banging sound. I was so surprised and pleased that they came out the same day to take a look at it! Mike is great! He's very knowledgeable and it turned out after investigating the noise that it wasn't my furnace at all! He fixed the issue, then he cleaned my furnace and checked to make sure that everything was okay. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. Shane and Jason are extremely polite and professional. They helped my elderly parents with a plumbing issue and got the job done efficiently with getting to the root cause. Very hard workers with a great attitude and I will recommend sun city plumbing and heating inc. to everyone I know. It's really great to meet such hard working people like this who actually care and work hard to complete their tasks. I will have sun city as the go to.

We were very pleased with the quality and professionalism from all the workers who installed a new HVAC system in our house. They showed up on time and ready to work, discussed any concerns we had and did excellent work. The lead HVAC technician, I believe his name was Luis was kind and patient, the electrician ( I think his name was John) was well versed in his specialty and Todd who came yesterday to install the vent that covered the old evaporated cooler finished off this project with the high standards we experienced from everyone from Sun City. A shout out to the sales, office staff and the apprentices who all did a fantastic job. We highly recommend Sun City.

I have used Sun City for years now for all my townhouses and have never been disappointed. My most recent experience with them had them installing three ERV units. They were very knowledgeable about these (many of the other plumbing places in Cruces had no idea what they even were). I had Jeff and Jose as the installers and they did a great job. They would constantly communicate with me to make sure I was happy with their work and they answered all my questions. Thanks again!

Lupe & Lucio came out and installed a new air conditioner and furnace in our home. They did an awesome job. They were very pleasant, accommodating and efficient at their job. They also made sure they cleaned up everything.

Needed a water softener installed, so we called Sun City. Awesome experience from the quote through the installation. Rich and Estevan were very professional and friendly. Did an amazing job explaining water softener usage and how to keep the unit clean.

Sun City was recommended by my boss, and I am very pleased. I had a small gas leak by the furnace connection, and Richard was the Technician who came to my Mobile Home and did an excellent job explaining how he intended to fix the problem.

Responsive and professional by all who came out. Jason, Isaac, Dave and crew did most of the work and afterwards, Todd made the holes required for the repairs absolutely disappear! Thank you all!

Your technician Shelby came out today she was very professional very friendly and walk me through what she was doing and informed me of what needed to be done. She had lots of patience with me because I was asking a lot of questions and thank you for being prompt and on time.

I had Sun City install an AC unit at my office in the past and decided to have them install a refrigerated air unit at my house. The installation was done in two days (including duct replacement) by Luis, Joaquin, Fernando, and Victor.

Good team at SC. Jose gave us an excellent presentation on deciding whether to replace the old swamper or going with a new HVAC system. Luis and Joaquin did an excellent removal of the old and installation of the new Trane system.

L.D. and his trainee, Fernando, could not have been more professional and courteous. They explained everything to me and gave me tips for keeping the AC and furnace running smoothly. They thoroughly checked and rechecked everything and I feel very confident that I got the very best service.

Used Sun City Plumbing and Heating for the first time today and it will definitely be my company of choice for any further needs I have. From the office staff that scheduled our service call (Celeste) to the very pleasant and professional service tech (Richard Nicholson) the experience was superb.

I want to thank Chuy Espineza for being polite and very professional. He repaired my water heater in a timely matter. If I need Sun City to work on something else again. I would like Chuy to repair it.
