They handle the bug control and lawn fertilizer for our association.they do a good job. they show up on time and they're very reliable

They have been services my lawn for a couple months and it always looks great after they complete the job. Their pricing works well for my budget.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Do not use them for lawn care. We have used them for over a year. Our lawn is still Full of weeds they have over treated it and burnt the grass they were very unprofessional when we tried to cancel making snide remarks do not use the service go with someone else

I am a snowbird who lives in a gated community, as such, I did not rely on Personal Touch for landscaping, I did however rely on PT to install my hurricane shutters. In order to be on PT's install list, you basically have to pay a "retainer" of $250 and if they have to put the shutters up, they credit you the retainer against the cost of installing, which this year was $500. Fortunately over the past few years, I've only had the shutters installed twice. However, I've paid the "retainer" every year.

The first time I had the shutters installed, everything was OK( except I had a $200 drill stolen from my garage) shutters were installed in October but I didn't come to Florida until January so I never made a big deal about the drill. This past year, with the threat of a hurricane, I once again had the shutters installed. After the hurricane passed, I had the shutters taken down.

Shortly thereafter, my homewatch person called me to say that she couldn't believe the mess that Personal Touch made. EVERY anchor bolt on my lani was pulled from the pavers leaving a hole in every paver. Same thing at my front door. In January when I returned, I called and spoke with Rob, he claimed that my anchor bolts were weak ( not true) obviously the shutter bolts were overtightened and when removed they pulled out of the pavers.

My homewatch person looks over more than 100 homes in this community and she has never seen this happen before. If you are considering using Personal Touch for hurricane shutters installation, DONT DO IT. I was so frustrated, that this year I spent $10,000 on automatic shutters.

Critical: Quality They were contracted by our Condo Association, and after one year the place looks dreadful. No care for the plants, and using way too much chemicals. Glad to see them go!

Wish I had seen other reviews before hiring these guys. They do very sloppy work, break things, and often overspray weed killer killing my good plants. Look elsewhere and hire someone else.

I had concrete borders installed around my trees and flower beds so landscapers wouldn't run into the plants. Instead they broke the concrete border by running into it with the mower. Cracked a two foot section. Then they said they can't fix it and offered me $50. Ridiculous. I don't want money, I want it fixed. This company supposedly installs concrete borders. What a joke.

They have taken care of our lawn for 3 years! Excellent job on weeding and putting down sod on entire yard after buying home. weekly mowing weeding and gorgeous trimming of hedges for a reasonable fee. periodic trimming of palms. Periodic sprinkler maintenance. removal of broken tree after hurricane Irma. transplanting palm. they do it all well and very responsive to requests and emails. No complaints. Highly recommend!

We reacently purchased a home in Fort Myers and were looking for a company that could perform many services under one roof. After checking with Angie's List and reading the reviews we contacted Rob and Anita Eisner owners of Personal Touch Landscaping and lawn service. We set a date and time.

Rob, Anita and crew have been taking care of 5 Public Storage facilities for several years now withoyt fail and without issue! We are aquiring several additional properties next week and I did not hesitiate to call Rob to quote 4 more properties.

I always maintained my yard on my own until April of this year. I hired another lawn service and was totally displeased. After several conversations with the owner it was apparent service wasn't going to improve.

As a customer of Personal Touch I had my sod removed and new sod installed. They installed a new drainage system from my roof to under the sod preventing water build up. Also maintain my sprinkler system allowing even water dispersant and treat my lawn for insect control.
