Hitt Carpet & Tile Care was founded in 2013 by Jimmy & Jennifer Hitt. We've been cleaning carpets & tile in Nashville since 2000 and have always strived for perfection in every aspect of this industry. We started out learning the ropes in the apartment industry doing vacant units, where every stain must be removed and every tear/hole must be repaired.This was the perfect training ground for us, because it taught us that something can ALWAYS be done to fix an issue. You'll NEVER hear us say "that stain wont come out", because if it's something that severe, it can always be patched/repaired. But 9 times out of 10 we can remove it.

Grout being what it is - a porous cement based product - basically sucks in everything that lands on it. This is the nature of the beast. It is also the lowest point of the floor so as you mop it the water deposits into the valleys. Since the water you are mopping with contains the dirt from the floor - this is where it ends up - in the grout where is soaks in.

We have been using Hitt Carpet & Tile Care for over a year and our carpets have never looked cleaner. We chose the quarterly cleaning program and it has kept our building looking beautiful year round. We recently had our Tile & Grout cleaned and we had no idea the grout was that color. Truly Amazing!

I just had my tiles professionally cleaned this morning and I'm so impressed. Mr. Hitt was professional, honest, and quick. When we moved in our home, the tiles were very dirty and no amount of mopping would get it cleaned. He cleaned them up great and saved me so much money from a previous quote I had received. I will use him again and highly recommend.

I called Hitt Carpet Care and was slightly in a hurry to have my carpets cleaned and have him look at my tile not knowing how dirty it actually was. Very professional, Jimmy took care of my carpet and was able to clean my tile and the grout and fit me in his schedule at a reasonable time. It looked brand new. Was simply amazed of how dirty the grout was. I would recommend his services to anyone.

I emailed Hitt Carpet Care on a Wednesday evening to inquire about pricing for kitchen tile/grout cleaning. The owner himself emailed me back within minutes with a quote and the answers to my questions. That same evening, he agreed to come clean my tile the following Friday afternoon, less than 48 hours after my initial inquiry. Hitt Carpet Care did an impeccable job cleaning my tile and grout and applying a sealer. Jimmy was professional, thorough, and his prices were incredibly reasonable. Best of all, my tile looks like new. Highly recommend Hitt Carpet Care.
