Richard was very through and worked efficiently to complete the jobs at hand. He worked tirelessly inspite of the hot weather. Always keeping a friendly and patient demeanor. Ricky a co-worker was also here in the beginning and both worked efficiently and presented themselves professionally. I would not hesitate to refer them to friends and family in the future.

Omar was great! He did the service, checked everything out and recommended some services. These were things my former maintenance guy never mentioned in all the years I used him. Omar just made suggestions and told us what they charged. Very reasonable prices. I have signed on for regular maintenance and will be using Lucky Air for duct cleaning and register sealing in the near future.

This is an unprofessional business. The maintenance to A/C unit was not done as promised by the company due to staffing problems, there fore the problem was not detected. When it was finally documented by another technician, the company promised to fixed the problem without out of pocket expense on my part, but that's only if I signed to have another unit installed at my new construction unit.

The A/C unit was installed in 2017 and has mayor leaking in the coil. The price offered to repair the leak, , was substantially higher than the average price. After googling other companies and prices, this company rating is at one at best. The technician was a lot more professional than the one in charge of the company. please shop around when decisions are done. A/C unit is expensive as it is.

Very professional when come to setting up and confirming the appointment. Seen them at lowes and easy to setup appointment through their Representative at lowes entrance. I wasn't home to see the service that they did but when I came home notice that they made there own filter for my air intake system for my heater. Will be replacing the one they put other than that no issues with the company

Writing a review here to get some attention from Lucky Air. Have been trying to get an answer on the below without luck! Lucky Air. Look at your email chain re. Inv # 10499314 November 20, 2021. Hello Lucky Air, Thank you for this update. That is exactly what I wanted for our records. I am extremely *shocked to learn that you are charging $712.00 for 2 of the csru1 5-2-1 when you can find the same item online for $39.54 each!

The same goes for the Turbo 200 Capacitor. $71.00 online vs your price $320.00. Please explain this difference as well as why your company charge such astronomical markups for all these capacitors. Did you make an entry error on this invoice? If yes, please re-issue a correct invoice and credit me the difference. Apart from the individual price gaps between your price and the online price one capacitor has 5 years of warranty and another only has 1 year? Looking forward to your response in a return email.

Thank you. *A bit of history: I was approached by a very nice man in a wheelchair at Lowes in Escondido. He explained whom he worked for, and he had your company logo displayed on his clothing. He was polite and very well prepared with his sales pitch and as I was in the market for having our A/C systems checked I eventually agreed for him to sign me up. He was being allowed to do his pitch within the Lowes property to Lowes's customers hence Lowes would be trusting this gentleman to do his job in a proper manner.

I have to say the most specific extraordinary aspect was the service tech himself. The rest of the service was great, easy to pay the invoice and all digital. But Chris was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and quick. I commission HVAC for a living so I can attest to knowledge and his explanations were great. I would recommend this service and probably specifically request Chris again if I could or need service.

This is a follow-up review. Previously, I mentioned getting an estimate from Lucky Air, working with Katherine Elsener. Their estimate for a new HVAC system was significantly lower than the other vendor's, and since Lowe's in Mission Valley was working with them, I figured they had been vetted. I live in a first-floor condo and had to work with the HOA to complete architectural request forms, provide proof of insurance, notify the neighbors, etc. Katherine was on top of this process, and checked with me to make sure I had all the necessary documentation.

Lucky Air's "A-Team" consisting of lead Steve, assisted by Patrick and Tawny, installed the unit this past Tuesday. They were understanding regarding the challenging parking situation, especially since they had three trucks and a hired crane to place the compressor unit on the roof. These guys were the best - hard-working, personable, professional, and respectful of my property.

They left no construction debris or trash behind. Steve tested the unit (which seems to be very powerful for both heat and cooling) and showed me how to use the new thermostat. As a bonus, since Lucky Air is working with Lowe's, this project was managed via My Projects on Lowe's website (documentation, payment, etc.). I highly recommend Lucky Air, and will be using their services for maintenance on this new HVAC unit.

I highly recommend Lucky Air Inc. to tune up your home HVAC system. They came by to "tune up" my home's system. The technician, Michael, was excellent. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and was helpful in educating me on the various components of an HVAC system. He gave me tips on how to do simple home maintenance and what to look for when things go out. If I ever need to repair my system, I'll be reaching out to Lucky Air Inc. for their technical services.

Michael a young fellow, showed up on time, was presentable, easy to communicate, took time to explain how to program my system, and good advise on keeping up with our central air. Most guys would just do a quick inspection, but Michael took his time to go through every aspect of our system. When he was done, he showed me pictures of his findings, and he had suggestions of other services they provide to keep up with the central air. Thank you Michael. I trust your professional judgment.

Christian was a complete professional, able to quickly diagnose that our old thermostat was broken and in need of replacement. That model has been discontinued due to the issue he identified, so he installed its direct replacement which should last us for many years. A quick couple of wiring changes to get the new thermostat communicating with our AC unit and we were back up and running.

It was really nice to be able to talk through things and ask him questions about both the problem and the solution. Five stars isn't enough- I will be asking for Christian, specifically, for any future maintenance visits. Thanks so much Christian!

AC unit was leaking. Called Lucky Air and they came out the next day! Christian was professional, kind, and timely with the work done. He found the clog that was causing the issue and was able to fix it right away. Would definitely recommend!

If you're looking for a company that overpromises and under-delivers, look no further. We had been trying to coordinate a project for months and the start date kept on getting rescheduled and pushed to the right. We initially went with this company because they said they could finish the project the fastest, and gave us a competitive quote. I guess it was too good to be true, because the project never started and we decided to look elsewhere. It's hard to believe a company after the third schedule change.

You would think a $20k+ project would get our project a little more attention, but I guess Lucky Air is not about it. Two star review because Miguel was professional the entire time, but it seems like his company didn't provide him the support he needed to get the job done.

I was receiving an error on my thermostat and air seemed to be less cold all of a sudden recently. Lucky Air sent Bill out to check things out. Bill discovered that my condensing unit was in need of a good cleaning and took care of that for me. He also needed to do a proper reset of my system to get everything communicating properly. My errors are gone and my system is running great now! Cold air is flowing! Thank you Lucky Air and especially Bill!

Signed up for a tune up for my AC central air in my home at Lowe's. Lucky Air helped me reschedule twice due to my work schedule changing on me. Matt was my technician. He was amazing. Signed up at Lowes to have our two AC units checked out. We made an appointment with a 12 to 2pm arrival time window. We've made sure someone would be here during that time and it's now 2:50pm and we haven't even gotten a call saying they would be late. I just called their number to cancel and there was no answer and it did not go to message so there's not even a way to contact them. I don't call this good service. When they finally do call or show up I'm canceling.

Lucky Air, Inc. arrived in their distinctive van. The inspection of both our Heating and Air-conditioning units was professional and thorough. The functionality of both systems along with specific components were expertly described and explained. We were then given repair options with a lively discussion, questions, and clearly understood responses.

The Dual Run Capacitor was replaced and we added the Start Capacitor and Relay kit to improve and safeguard the Fan unit over time. We also requested the installation of a Honeywell t4 1h 1c thermostat giving us the ability to preprogram heating and air conditioning cycles. From beginning to end, the Lucky Air Inc. visit was a pleasant and educational experience. Christian and Kathryn were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and sincere. We will definitely see them yearly.

They are very professional, excellent communication during the whole process from booking the appointment, text messages when in route, etc. My only issue is their pricing, they are not clear with their fees. They installed a start capacitor in my AC unit and charged me $219.00 which included a 15% discount. After I checked similar jobs online, I found the exact part installed being sold for $44.00 in varios websites, so I called Lucky air back asking for a detailed invoice since I only had a receipt just showing the charge for the job in general.

They told me Lucky air does not provide that kind of invoice and that those parts shouldn't be available to the public since it was very dangerous for DIY jobs due to high voltage danger. I understand is a business and they need to make some kind of profit. However, they could be more upfront with their prices in their invoice. Paying over $175.00 in labor for a 15 minute job installation does not sound right.

They obviously got me this time. It will definitely not happen again. Just do the research before accepting any kind of work being done in your house, specially when your not very familiar with the process.

So far our experience with Lucky Air Inc has been great. Miguel our sales rep has been friendly and professional and has been in contact with us through the entire process of installation. Installation guys have been working their butts off and have been extremely respectful and safe with their protective gear. We are very happy to working with Lucky Air to make our hot summer days cooler. Can't wait to see the final product!

We had a HORRIBLE experience with Lucky Air. We had an inspector look at the work and it not only isn't up to code, a month later we are not getting heat or cold air out of our unit. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHONEST, AND HOSTILE - them being backed by Lowe's means nothing. This has been a complete nightmare for us. WE FELT UNCOMFORTABLE IN OUR OWN HOME.

This company displayed dishonesty throughout the process. Below are bulleted points around our experience. They were extremely aggressive any time we or our contractor had any questions. 1) They refused to put in a new line set as stipulated in our contract and didn't want to take that off our bill 2) Timeline of the work- work was estimated to take one day- it took 4 days of inconsistent and unpredictable work flow.

A technician and then the manager came out in advance to asses and take measurements and scope out work 3) the first day, they arrived hours late with parts that didn't fit the space that they they then had to source/ replace 4) Infighting- once the job wasn't scoped appropriately, there was fighting between the installer and the manager around the completion time, around the scope of the work, and around asking us for payment before he completed the job- all within our home/ technician stormed off multiple times 5) The lack of technicians on site - 1 was sitting in car while Phil (one of the technicians) did the job alone without proper equipment available to him Technician walked off site for over an hour when discussion of line set was brought up, an hour into work- manager had to come on site to get him to continue working on project 6) manager and sales rep arrived before work was done pushing us for payment before work was completed demanding payment and threatening our warranty if we didn't pay them directly/immediately despite the fact we were not confident in the work 7) Our contractor had to complete the work and fix damage to walls and ceiling (as pictured) closing up the ceiling and doing work on wall not completed by Lucky air team- they left a huge mess behind them as well 8) The sales rep and manager arrived demanding payment and refusing to leave our house until we completed payment - we felt extremely uncomfortable in our own home when we saw that we could complete payment through the Lowes app.

We asked for a couple days to make sure of the efficacy of the unit and also pointed out the lack of difference in final costs given the extra work we had to pay for with our contractor. Also refused to give us warranty for line set- unless we paid immediately The pricing matched for our job did not end up including the work we were previously quoted ** LOWES HAS DONE NOTHING TO HELP US GET OUR UNIT UP AND RUNNING***

ScheduleD HVAC service thru Lowe's when I was shopping for Christmas lights. Young gentleman was nice and was able to get me the soonest available. Matt showed up on time, courteous and wearing mask which is very much appreciated. Matt found the capacitor output lower than required if ignored could cause me serious issues and cost. Glad to find out that he has the capacitor stocked in his service van.

Very convenient that it replaced at the same time. Matt also went a little over his duty and check airflow for me in one of the bedrooms. Would definitely use them for my future services and repairs. Thank you Matt

I was at Lowes shopping when I noticed Lucky Air Inc was offering "free estimates" for air conditioning units. I was actually on the lookout for a particular unit since I do not have central air in my home. So I decided to ask the representative about a "Splitter" unit. Well to make things short and sweet, I set an appointment for Lucky Air Inc representative to come out to my house.

After some discussion and listening to exactly what I wanted, I was offered a Mini Spit System. The representative show me pictures, explained how it worked, and told me it would take three days to install and complete the job. Your tech Noah showed up in a mask and I told him to get that stupid thing off your face so you don't suffocate. He did a great job explaining what needed to be done to maintain my air conditioning unit and cleaning it. He then told me about the service contract which I think is a great deal. When he checked my furnace he explained what service options there are and put in a safety switch which was missing. He was very polite and knowledgeable.

Our old unit quit on one of the hottest days of August with guests coming in from out of state! Mike, from Lucky Air, Inc, came out within the time frame promised and got our old unit cooling again! We plan to get a quote from Mike to replace our old unit. We are thankful for Mike's great service and for educating us about proper bi-annual maintenance to prevent problems.

I called Lucky Air on a Sunday to request a service call to my residence for an Air Conditioning issue. I received a call back with-in the hour and they made it out the very next day. I was treated GREAT! My Air Conditioning is now working to intent for a very reasonable repair price. I would recommend the Team at Lucky to all!

I was happy with Lucky Air throughout the installation and the subsequent follow-ups during the testing phases. The new system completely replaced my old A/C and furnace. Not only is the equipment top of the line but the personnel were as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
