Critical: Responsiveness I waited for over 2.5 months for a bid and never got it. I inquired numerous times. The associate had tons of excuses and at times never responded. Very unprofessional. Will never recommend this company.

Royal Palm completed a closet overhaul and renovation of two bathrooms in my home and everything came out beautifully, with several challenges in my second project. The first Project I did in the fall of 2019 went very well, this included a master closet and full master bath renovation. From design to execution things went well and communication was good from the project manager and Bonnie.

While there were a few areas that needed follow up it was handled professionally and timely. My second project in the fall of 2020 which included guest closet, guest bath and a front door. From the time I accepted quote to execution it was riddled with misses for schedule, budget and design execution. This included incorrect measurements, design elements scoped by the designer/PM that did not work and had to be revised along the way and cost overruns without explanation.

Something happened with the front door that resulted in further delays for installation and completion that I could never get a clear answer about. In the end I lost all trust for everything they would say to me and the project took approximately 6 weeks longer than they quoted and the cost changes on the original scoped items was ridiculous.

We've worked with Royal Palm twice over the past several years. First to complete a home office/den with built-in cabinets, desk top, and mini home theater. Next was the kitchen redo with quartz counter tops, back splash, sink, etc. It was a pleasure working with Bonnie and the Royal Palm staff. Day by day schedule of work, on time, responsive, professional. Bonnie was on-site almost every day, making sure everything was on track moving toward completion. We would not hesitate to work with Royal Palm again!

Royal Palm did a complete house renovation. Bonnie is the best! We love our new home! She is great coordinating colors and knows her customers likes and dislikes. I highly recommend them.

I always think that the best testament to a quality company is if you use them again and again. Well, Bonnie and her group designed the closets in our new home and a previous home. I love all the space saving and storage they incorporated in the design of our new closest. They were very professional, cooperative, responsive and the quality has been great. Additionally they stand behind their products and have supported us above and beyond. I highly recommend them - you won't be disappointed.

We had Royal Palm General the replacement of the floors in our entire home, repaint the entire home, replace the doors, build and install a newly designed kitchen. From design to installation, the process was fun and well managed. The results were fabulous! It's nice to work with real professionals!

OUTSTANDING job! My new oak molding is a perfect match to my cabinets. No one would know that it was just added. The custom pantry style cabinet for my small appliances is perfect.they tied it into the existing cabinets. Melissa, Dan, and the installation crew were all friendly and professional. Great company!

Loved working with Bonnie and her entire crew. Everyone is polite, professional, intelligent and hard working. Our kitchen is magnificent and I can't wait to do our bathroom!

As a relatively newcomer to S.W. Florida in need of a contractor I chose Royal Palm Closets to undertake a renovation of my closet spaces and floor tiles. Bonnie was excellent to work with and always accommodating my design changes and unique features. I definitely recommend this company for their superior work and reasonable prices.

I began working with Royal Palm in early 2016. I initially contracted with RP to completely renovate my kitchen at my home in Olde Hickory in Fort Myers. I have a Villa with a galley style kitchen. Having previous experience in home renovations, flipped homes in the Philadelphia area, I was extremely pleased with the professionalism, project management, quality of work and materials (employees and subs) and on-time and on budget completion of work.

This positive experience led to my decision to award to RP a contract to renovate the Master and Guest bathrooms. The trust developed made me very comfortable with the decision to have the work on the bathrooms done during the summer months when I returned to Philadelphia. The bathrooms were completed in August, on time, on budget and are gorgeous.

You would never had known major construction took place in my home. I highly recommend Royal Palm as a contractor for home improvement projects. They are not the least cost contractor but they are not the most expensive. The old adage ' You get what you pay for' is so true. With RP you get the positive experience of working with a well run small business who takes pride in their product!

Royal Palm made a custom pantry for me that matched my kitchen cabinets exactly! This was a tall order since the cabinets were no longer being manufactured and they are a unique color. The construction and installation was all done to perfection. My only complaint, a year later I was unable to get them to call me back for another job, they must be very busy.

Thanks to Bonnie and her work crew for a great job they did with our condo remodel! Bonnie is an excellent designer who has a great eye for design as well as great product knowledge and attention to detail!

Bonnie and her crew are a delight to work with. As an Interior Designer in the area it is difficult to find a company that you can intrust your clients to and know that they are well taken care of! Professional, dedicated and trustworthy is the foundation of their work! Highly recommend!

From the time Dan arrived to design our garage needs and later our master closet, everything was done professionally. They were on time and did as promised with fantastic results. We would highly recommend them.

We had royal palm replace our kitchen and bathroom cabinetry over a year ago. they were in and out finished in a week, beautiful and clean. when we had a small issue recently, they immediately went beyond expectations in fixing the problem.

Hello Sid I have responded to this post already but feel the need to do it again. We have NEVER done any work for you. There has never been a contract between our company and a Sid Todd. I have researched you and your many false claims against many local business owners.

They are amazing! Customer service is their middle name.and friendly too.not to mention the pride in their product and work. They did the cabinetry in both my bathrooms and the design factor, the installation, and just working with them was a toally pleasant and super professional experience!
