We had just moved into a new house and needed the carpets replaced ASAP. The previous carpets smelled like urine and they told me what to do about it and had new carpet installed the next week. Mike came out and measured the next day after I called (with a boot on just after having foot surgery, not the easiest task) they worked on a payment plan with me that met my family's needs.
