Robert with RTS made the entire process simple. He kept me well informed, responded to calls and text quickly, and even flexed my appointments around my availability. Also while my initial install required to be rescheduled and a second return visit, he took ownership and reassured me everything would be taken care ASAP and it was.

I would not use this company. I had them install my lift master in my garage. After a few months of install the chain and bar fell off the wall. I called them to have a tech come out to look at it, and they had the nerves to say that that was not caused by the installer. They refused to have someone come out to look at it. I will never use this company and warn the ones who are thinking of using them. Not satisfied with the service.

Robert arrived promptly at 5 p.m. After my husband and I explained the problem we were having with our garage door, he immediately went to work and had our garage door working properly in no time. We found him to be very professional and courteous. He was very detailed in explaining what he had repaired as well as how to lube and maintain the parts of the garage door. People don't have to provide great service, but when they do, it's APPRECIATED! I want to thank Robert for taking time out of his busy schedule to check on my garage. He already knew what the problem was before he came. But instead of just telling me what to do or what to buy, he came out to explain the problem and fixed it for me! 10/10 recommend!

At 82 I figured I could still put in a g door opener by myself. After 2 days up/down ladders and many Tylenol I stalled out at the convoluted wiring effort. Numerous phone calls for help provided no help. I finally called RTS and spoke with Robert who listened to the problem and said he would try to fit me in between other calls. He showed up 2 hours after I called and in 10 minutes he had everything hooked up and running perfectly. He did it as courtesy assist call and I was extremely impressed with his work and attitude. THANKS ROBERT!

Recently had a spring bust on our garage door and Robert's company quickly saved the day! His technician Corey came out same day and got it taken care of. Then a few weeks later we had another issue with a tension wire that had our car trapped in the garage. They were able to quickly come out to the house and get it fixed for us! Great service and great pricing!

I found RTS All American Garage Doors by searching on Google. I called & made an appointment & Robert came to my house. I had originally planned to get several quotes for my project but Robert impressed me so much I told him he had the job. I received a written quote in a very timely manner & his prices were very reasonable.

My experience with RTS was great. I called them and they fix my garage door within 24 hours. I have called and left messages with other garage door companys and they call me back maybe in 3-4 days. RTS is professional and I would recommend them to anyone. I will be glad to give there number to anyone who has any kind of garage door issues.
