They'll leave you high and dry with non-functional equipment and won't respond to your needs for service. 10+ year customer and I can't get help. I excused away the improper initial installation and other issues along the way, but all these years later they still just reinforce the negative concerns. They poorly threw the equipment in my existing network cabinet screwed to a piece of cardboard, I have sensors that have never shown on my panels, and now I've been non-functional for over a month trying to get help and they don't respond. A security company that leaves your security system not working? Use another company.

I've been with this company for at least five years and i can say out of all the company's i was with before like vivint, ADT, etc. This company by far surpasses them by a long shot. reason is I don't like contracts and i love to feed local businesses, business. They are very reasonably priced and there service is second to none.

Their tech Corbin went out of his way to help me with my issue, he paid close attention to detail, and didn't seem to mind at all that it was after normal business hours. Everyone I've dealt with at Texas Homeland Security has been knowledgeable and courteous, and they didn't overcharge, or oversell and recommend something I didn't need.

The technicians have always been very polite and helpful. However, I spoke to the owner of the company about a very serious (to me at least) issue I had. The first phone call he was slightly condescending but polite. Then he called me back and told me my contract was up this summer and I needed to find a new alarm company. He proceeded to tell me I was a pain in the ass.

He also kept saying he knew I was going to hang up on him. After several minutes, I tried to tell him the conversation wasn't going anywhere and I would find a new company. In the middle of my sentence, he hung up on me.
