Worst customer service ever. After a year l a terrible they come back and try to say I owe more money a year later and they forged my signature on my contract. I have original contract and they sent me a totally different one. They re crooks. Now with no answer and there still bugging me saying that I owe them money. Roof is leaking and and will not fix. So now I'm out warranty and the money there saying I owe that was already paid for. Initially I was 7100 then they came back and added another 1500

I cannot thank Sam Lucero and Valdez Roofing enough! My insurance company made claiming my roof a nightmare, but Sam helped walk me through it all. He did a very thorough inspection and helped fight for us to get our roof replaced when the insurance didn't want to cover it. He even came out an extra time to meet with my insurance's adjuster to prove our case.
Our roof was in horrible shape with missing shingles and had severe wind damage. As soon as my insurance agreed to cover us my roof was replaced within 2 weeks! The men repaired my roof in one day and it looks amazing. Thank you so much Sam and everyone else with Valdez Roofing.

Contacted Valdez roofing for an insurance claim on my home and they handled all the details. Pretty much everything they said when we first went over the process was followed to the exact detail. Roland was my main contact and was professional, polite and made sure my wife and I were happy. The work started at 7:45 in the morning and was completed about 8:00 that night. Roland has contacted me several time since and truly seems to want us to be happy with their work. No problems with Roland or Valdez roofing. I would recommend them to anyone needing roof work done.

I highly recommend Valdez Roofing. They are competent & reasonable. They treated me fairly, & I was very satisfied with their work. The day before my job was scheduled, the owner & a roofer came by to look at my job & make sure they had the materials they needed. Even though my job was not large, they were willing to do my repair. I would use them again!

After our roof was damaged in the "land hurricane" wind storm in March, we called Valdez Roofing. Ruben worked with us to replace the roof at an affordable price and they did a great job. Also, I wanted to mention that Laurie in their billing department is awesome! She was patient and kind as we worked through some confusion with insurance payments. I was very happy with Valdez Roofing and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable roof with a really good warranty.

The entire experience from estimate to completion was outstanding! Their integrity, reliability, comprehensive customer service, workmanship, and respect for my property was unparalleled. Replacing a roof is not something you get excited about but Sam and his team ensured this process was as painless and convenient as possible. Plus, they cleaned up my home as if it were their own -- if I didn't know they had been here replacing my roof today, I would have no idea. Several, and I do mean several months ago my husband and I started calling around because we had some leaking from our roof. We got quite a few folks that came around and quoted us on roofs, Sam Lucero of Valdez roofing was one of them to come out. He said my roof was honestly still in good shape, but took it upon himself to investigate why our roof was leaking.
It was from my dryer vent and Sam and his partner Henry left my house and got the supplies they needed to patch the vent! He didnt charge me anything, and left. Just now he called the house to ask if we were experiencing any more leaking. After all this time he remembered and cared enough to call. Valdez roofing will forever have my praise and business! Thanks again Sam!!
