When we decided to purchase a winter residence in Ft. Myers, we contacted Insurance Fire & Water Restorations to gut and then completely remodel the Condo Unit. After making our selection of paint colors, tile choices, carpeting, bathroom and kitchen cabinets and appliances, we felt very confident IFW would perform an excellent job.

Our job was handled professionally and in a timely manner. Great care was taken to be assured that all mold spores were gone. Every person from IFW was dressed appropriately - they were courteous - and left our kitchen and garage areas clean after each day! It was a pleasure having the IFW crew in our home every morning!
