I can't say enough about the service I received. They were very responsive from when I called them they were to my house within minutes. They accessed the damage and began their process. They contacted my insurance and negotiated my claim to my needs. The restoration team began to repair my home along with communicating with my insurance. Now I have all new flooring in my home and everything was done in a timely matter.

Our family had a refrigerator go out and flood around the immediate area, under the house and my wife's office. My wife sent out feelers that night and everyone she got a response from said they were at least a couple weeks out. Our insurance agency recommended trying Complete Restoration Services. They had a tech out the next morning (even right before a holiday weekend) and had the water damage under control. Lead tech and support were fantastic and responsive. Very reasonable pricing and quick service. I had three separate events happen and they were able to come out very quickly for the mitigation and once cleared the reconstruction was fast and good quality. Hopefully I will never need them again but I will definitely be calling them in the future if anything else happens.

I reached out to Complete Restoration Services to handle a water leak issue that caused damage to my bathroom. I based that decision off of the many 4-5 star reviews. I however did not have a good experience. One of the first things they told me was that I needed an asbestos check before they would do any work on my home. My house was built in 2001 and obviously would NOT have any aesbestos in any of the home.

They were insistent and wanted to charge me over $300 to take a paint sample. I would look elsewhere for a restoration company. I found them to be dishonest and went somewhere else to handle my project.

I've received great service from CRS. They were easy to deal with, had great customer service, and did a great job cleaning up my water damage. Joolzz made the whole process a breeze! And the workers were amazing.

We had a water leak in our sink that cause significant damaged. Lucas Garcia was personally referred to me by a family member so I thought I'd give him a try. He turned out to be such an exceptional worker. He was upfront and honest about cost, work that needed to be done and a timeframe in which that work would be done. He had a schedule of when his employees would be out and what they would be completing that day.

He made this so easy and stress-free. He was fair honest and up front about everything. Trust me when I tell you Lucas Garcia is your guy and I will be referring all my friends and family to him. He took such good care of us and I know he will take good care of my family as well. That's exactly how he treated us like we were family and he was going to do everything to help us get this done. They worked with me during the water damage and how to work with my insurance. And the rebuild was smooth planned out so I always knew what was happening and when.

CRS did a stellar all around job at our home. We had to fire another company that left us hanging for several weeks with no communication about when they would be back to finish the job after they dried out our laundry room that flooded from a defective washing machine. From day one, the CRS team helped us get our new flooring and barn door planned out, and installed in our laundry and mud rooms, in a very timely manner. Guido and Lucas did a great job. This is the type of company that truly cares about their customers.

I had a small leak in the crawl space under the kitchen sink. A restoration company, that was suggested by my plumber, came out to give me an estimate on recovery for the damage it caused. The estimate was $$ SO much larger than I had expected. I read reviews on Complete Restoration Services and decided to give them a call. I talked to Chris Langdon and he agreed to come over and take a look. Chris went into the crawl space and checked everything out including the plumber's work.

He advised me that besides replacing a piece of insulation nothing else needed to be done. If I could have given him a hug in this covid-19 world I would have. Chris was very professional and courteous and has gained a new customer. Thank you Chris!

Complete Restoration Services responded immediately to my request for help when I discovered a water leak in my ceiling. They quickly provided an estimate, and promptly went to work tracing the leak back to its source. They quickly resolved and mitigated the damage. After I coordinated repairs, they repaired the drywall and completed painting within a few days. I was impressed by their professionalism and quick response. Kudos to Shawn and Guido for making it all happen.

They did great work and even though the service provided for me was a smaller job involving crawl space cleanup, they treated it as an important job. They even had to reschedule after trying to work on ot the first time, entirely due to my issue, but did not try to charge me for that. Great value too. Others in the valley tried to charge me 3 to 4x the cost in an attempt to take advantage of the situation. They did not do this. Great company.

Complete Restoration Services is top notch. They responded to our flood (burst pipe) quickly, beginning the drying process. They explained the process carefully and kindly, letting us know exactly what we were in for. At each step of the way, they explained what was to be done and even went to bat for us when insurance quoted a fiercely low quote.

They worked hard to not exceed the insurance budget while producing the best product they could-- and they did! The workmanship was excellent with care taken to the finer details. I highly recommend this company.

Complete Restoration is nothing short of amazing. I have dealt with many companies and contractors during my time with Jackson Food Stores. Recently, we had some water damage and needed a company that could take care of us while still allowing us to do business as usual at one of our convenience stores.

As the result of a water leak in the service line to our home, I recently had the opportunity to use the services provided by Complete Restoration Services. I was given their phone number from my insurance agent, and I am glad they made that referral. I cannot completely express my appreciation and admiration for Complete Restoration.

We came home from a trip and noticed the floor in the kitchen was warped. Then we noticed the carpet in the family room was wet. We called our insurance company who quickly recommended Complete Restoration Services. They were here in no time, and the right equipment was set up and we were being taken care of like it was their own homes.

We had water damage from a problem with one of our sinks. Complete Restoration handled everything with a professionalism that was second to none. My wife is very picky, and they exceeded her requests every time. The guys were clean, friendly, and knew exactly what to do. The craftsmanship is very solid and our home looks better than before the accident took place.

So I call these guys for my Mother, who had a broken drain pipe under her kitchen sink and under the house. The break had to have been leaking for about a month, there was water and sewage all over under the house.
