If there was a "0" rating it would be it. Why? My wife and I visited the showroom to get some ideas on remodeling our bathroom. The receptionist was very pleasant with us. Then we were introduced to a salesperson (woman) who was very dismissive and saying that they were not accepting any other customers for a year and the price would start at $45k. Without hearing our needs. REALLY? I GUESS OUR MONEY WASN'T GREEN ENOUGH. BUYERS BEWARE.

It is a pleasure to recommend Yoder Homes and Remodeling. We entrusted the remodeling of our 20-year old Sarasota condominium to Yoder Homes. From the moment we began working with them, their team guided us with expertise, experience and a professional standard that was unrivaled. We are especially grateful to Amy Yoder who helped us conceive our project, and to Anna Harper for her support along the way.

The team, including an assigned project manager, was always available, informing us and communicating the progress throughout, dedicated from start to finish. The quality of the work was excellent and our "new" home is absolutely beautiful!

Yoder Homes remodeled my large master bath. Thanks to Covid & the supply chain slowdowns, it took much longer than expected. There were a few hiccups along the way, but what I LOVED about Yoder is that they never once said the words, "We can't" or "We won't" to me. Anything I wanted or needed, they found a way to do it -- even if they had never done it before! Amy, who I worked closely with on choosing the materials & my design vision, was always positive, honest and patient.

I am very picky & had my own ideas--she either did them, enhanced them or came up with better ones. Tom, my contractor, who was in my house almost every day for the months it took to complete the project, became like family. He knew my animals by name and did everything he could to make the long process as easy as possible for me. And the couple times something went awry, he said, "don't worry, we'll fix it" - and they did.

They worked closely with me throughout the project, always courteous, always professional, always on time and always KIND. This company truly CARES about their customers rather than seeing us as Dollar Signs. I even received a personalized note card from the owner. They are fairly priced and a pleasure to work with. Thanks to Yoder, my ugly master bath was transformed into an absolutely Stunning spa bathroom! I highly recommend them and frankly, will miss them coming to my home!

Yoder Homes & Remodeling did a "down to the studs" remodel of my kitchen. I am super happy with the results. Like any major projects there were hiccups but they kept me informed, kept very close to the timeline, did a quality job and were responsive, punctual and dependable. Their communication was excellent with their on-line software program that provided detail of products selected as well as timeline of scheduled events. Rich Delaney did an outstanding job with our cabinet installation, effectively heading off problems before they occurred and using his expertise to ensure a perfect installation.

Yoder Homes & Remodeling completed an internal remodel of our home in late 2008. Throughout, my husband and I found Denny Yoder professional, competent and reliable as were all of his tradesmen. Communications were excellent, in view of the fact that we live in the UK, this could have been quite difficult. However, with regular e-mails and telephone calls, the process was simple.

We hired Yoder Homes to do a commercial renovation of our two bathrooms at our community pool. We had an interior flooding problem that was getting worse by the day and the entire floor had to be ripped out and regraded to a central floor drain. In addition, the moisture had travelled up the walls and created a real issue. The partitions were warping and rusted and totally replaced.

Yoder Homes was simply fabulous! I had previously done two complete kitchen remodels and two complete bathroom remodels on previous homes on homes "up north" in the last 20 years. While those experiences were OK and I was satisfied with the product, they do not compare with Yoder. Yoder did a complete remodel of my master bath. The work involved excavating for a drain and walk-in shower.

All major fixtures in the new bath were in different locations from the old bath. The work was done, in part, while we were away from Sarasota. It was completed expertly and in a reasonable time frame. Rich managed our project and he was outstanding. Communication through the web site, text, phone or in-person was excellent. Rich came back to personally make some adjustments in the cabinetry. Amy was very helpful in the design phase.

Because I have experience with remodeling, I was quite particular about what I wanted and she made it happen. It was very important to me that the work be done with a minimum of mess and Yoder deliver on that as well. Sarasota has its share on unreliable contractors. I had an unfortunate experience with one of them who took my money and failed to deliver on the design contract. My review of this individual can be found elsewhere on Google. Don't take a chance - go with Yoder!

Thank you for everything! What an easy, wonderful experience it has been. (It astounds me that I can actually say those words. That has NEVER happened before. A real credit to you and your crew.) When I get back from finally seeing my husband (sometime this Fall), I'd like to get together with you and start planning Phase II.

When I worked with Yoder Homes, there were a few material delays which was completely out of their control and I understand that. That being said, I am still very impressed by how quickly the project was finished.
