Critical: Value Installed New central unit April 27. Paid them to join their Club of maintenance & $8500 for unit installed. Good installing but have Never gotten any info (papers) on warranty and the used my thermostat T6Pro but did not deduct this from my install. Still waiting a month later and still No papers or warranty sent to me & Club info. Service: A/C system repair

Mason Orr did an excellent job for us, I highly recommend him. He took care of a few toilet issues, including a leak that 3 other plumbers were unable to fix; gave us advice on a couple of sink problems & installed a new se of gas logs in my fireplace. He was knowledgeable, professional, efficient & neat. He answered our questions & cleaned up when he was done. Will be using this company again & will request Mason.
