Everything about our experience with Superior Exteriors & Remodeling was great. Our bathroom remodel was done efficiently, it looks amazing and is better than we hoped for all while staying within our budget. The craftsmen attention to detail is impressive and we appreciated how clean they kept the house during the process. Would highly recommend and plan to use them again in the future.

Josh and Kyle showed up promptly and professionally to cut in a new exterior door from the north side if my utility room next to my garage door, they did amazing! They took phenomenal care of the removal of the siding to the accuracy of the cuts. The door looks amazing in its new spot. Im always hesitant to hire anyone for a major install but I wasnt disappointed here and can only give the whole Superior Exteriors team the highest of kuddos, thanks guys, I will use you again!

Nothing but great things to say. Rick was honest and completely up front from start to finish. Jon and Nathan (installers) were awesome! Without a doubt, the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. They cleaned up every day prior to leaving, swept, vacuumed and dusted. If you need a bathroom remodel look no further. They are excellent.

Critical: Responsiveness I had Rick out to bid a bathroom remodel. He spent a good amount of time talking with me. I told him we were on a budget and hoped to keep it below a certain $. amt He said he'd draw it up and let me know. He never called me back. I called and left a message asking for a call back and got nothing.

I recommend and will use Superior Exteriors again! I have had some bad experiences in the past with many other companies so I am always apprehensive but Rick and his team were just amazing! They are practically magicians, they came and replaced my windows and cleaned up their work and were gone before I knew it! I didn't even have to move anything out of the way, they did it all and placed everything back in place with a gentle touch like it had never been moved!
And for the cherry on top, Rick even came out at the end of the day to check on his guys' work and to make sure I was satisfied! Thank you guys! I will be in contact soon for my bathroom remodel!

From the initial consultation to the completion of the work, everything was done in a very competent, professional manner. The estimate was fair, the workmanship was high quality and the finished product looks like it was original to the house. Once again Jon and Nathan provide outstanding professionalism and craftsmanship. They did a fantastic job with our basement bath and our guest half bath. New granite counters in both and an it-the-wall medicine cabinet in the basement bath. Thanks to both of these fine young men and to Rick for helping us bring this project to fruition. I wanted a sunroom for 30 years as I am a plant person, but was hesitant sine i realized it would involve major tearout and a big expense. But as soon as i met Rick, I felt I had the right person and the right company. I was confident he could handle any problem they encountered. His manner expresses trust and I was confident that everything would go smoothly and if it didn't, he would make it right. Well, we have a beautiful sunroom and bathroom, at a reasonable price, with quality materials, done in a reasonable amount of time.
I couldn't be more pleased. I have done numerous remodeling projects and this one by Superior is the best and the one that had the fewest glitches. Rick and his sons are quality people, so of course, they will do quality work. You will not be disappointed if you choose them for your project.

We had several small projects done-a wall of custom bookcases, a replacement front door and a conversion of a tub only to a tub/shower combo. Rick and his employees showed up as promised for everything from the estimate to the final day, and stuck to the timeline they gave us at the contract signing.

The price was fair, yet was also the best of the estimates we got.
The work was done neatly, professionally and the guys always worked very hard and efficiently when they were here. There was a minor problem with the shower install later on the day they did the work, but I called as soon as I noticed the problem and they were back within the hour and fixed the problem. We have absolutely nothing negative to say- I would 100% recommend them for your remodeling needs!

I am SUPER pleased with this company! We had a few BAD BAD BAD experience with other companies about 7 years ago and we have been very gun shy to use any other company similar to the original one. S E & R has restored our faith in the reconstruction business! They did an amazing job on our small bathroom- timely, fair, professional from start to finish. Clean, respectful and skilled guys came to the home.
They even did extra little stuff (project specific) for us since they were already in there. So far, they have followed up with us to complete things that required attention post-grouting. I could definitely go on! I AM HAPPY! I have absolutely every intention to use them again in the next year for a kitchen remodel and likely a deck! HIGHLY recommended. :)
