Bottom line: They left our backyard gate open when they left. Our dog could of ran away. Our dog is mostly blind and could of left the yard without knowing it. I called loyalty lawn immediately. I complained about this situation and told them someone needs to call me immediately. No one called. It's now days later. No response. Does anyone "Think like a Customer"? Extremely poor EXPERIENCE!

I have been with loyalty lawncare for about five years. Started out with a regular technician Sam, who always remembered my yard andvits issues without needing to be told or reminded. I have had good experience with Walt and William after Sam, did something else with company. I just started out 2022 with Harry and he impressed me with his service today and noted my yard concerns, but mostly he not only shut my gate due to our dog, but placed the lock back on and that is always a plus when the technicians do this and this company has been very good about my dogs safety. If you have a dog, you can trust them to shut and lock gate.

Signed up for service late afternoon yesterday (1/11) and they showed up today (1/12). Very prompt service! Today's treatment included pre-emergent that controls most grassy weeds such as crabgrass & foxtail. Loyalty Lawn informed me this treatment must be applied early in the year to be the most effective. They also applied fertilizer to ensure a quick green up this Spring. Looking forward to our new service in 2022!

My lawn has never looked better. They are a little bit more expensive than other places but it's worth it if you care about your lawn! They are honest good people and I won't use anyone else! I found them because of a sign in the yard of multiple neighbors with beautiful yards! They are above and beyond some of the other companies I've used!

This is my first year with Loyaltly and I will say Rick has done a great job of improving my lawn. He always lets me know what he has done and also what the next step is. They are recently bought out. New Management. Their secretary? 30years of working, recently passed away. New staff getting trained. I wanted to pay online and their platform did not recognize my account #! No body returned my 3 calls for 4 days. Had to call field tech guy to get call returned. All is fixed now. They are good business people. My experience just shows how vulnerable we all are when seasoned employee is no longer around. I give LOYALTY ***** for coming back to great customer service they always had.

Six years ago I had the worst lawn in the neighborhood. My neighbor across the street had the best. I'd notice Loyalty trucks and signs every few months. I called them up for an estimate. They told me it'd take a few years but they'd fix it. Now my yard is just as good as my neighbors and I've gotten half the street to use them. They are a great value for the exceptional service and quality. I highly recommend Loyalty!

This is my second year using Loyalty Lawn Care for the 7 lawn treatment service. A few years ago, our neighborhood had a horrible fungus infestation that killed most of our front and backyard grass, allowed weeds to overrun our yard, and caused general unpleasantness in our lawn. I hated it because it started looking brown in many spots and ugly so after coming to the conclusion that our lawn will never be a DIY project for us, I decided to contact several places to get an estimate and general information regarding what should be done to my lawn. Loyalty was the third bidder and not the cheapest but the guy they sent seemed very knowledgeable, was very pleasant to talk to and gave me the most detailed estimate 5 minutes after speaking with me.
Last year was my first year with the service which ended with an aeration and overseeding in the fall. Before the process started, we were informed about the watering requirements and when water our lawn. This year, my grass are actually looking greener and healthier. I decided to keep the service to maintain a nice looking lawn but also, I'd like to reinforce the progress by getting another aeration and overseeding this coming fall.
As far as the service goes, I really appreciate the fact that their technicians will call the day before to inform me of their timeline, what to expect during a treatment, and some warnings I need to know about the treatment since I have a pup. They are very responsive when I have issues such as for billing and renewing my service and I truly appreciate how they make sure to remember not to knock at our door when they are done as I have previously informed them that my husband works the evening shift. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service.
They are quite affordable and I do see the improvement they have brought to my front and back yard. The staff are very kind and helpful and I foresee myself continuing their treatment service for years to come!

Loyalty Lawn Care does a great job taking care of our lawn. With the program we signed up for, they come automatically throughout the season so I don't really have to think about it. Well I had high hopes for this company based on the first meeting I had with the salesperson. Unfortunately switching to Loyalty from my previous company was a HUGE mistake. I've lived in my house for 13 years and thought I'd give a new company a try to save some money. They were more reasonable than the company I was using. Now I know why.
My lawn is awful. I NEVER had weeds before short of some nutsedge that would come up but my previous company would take care of it. Now my lawn is covered in weeds. It's so awful I don't know how long it will take to get my lawn back to the way it was. I paid for the season in advance so I am stuck with this company. I have called multiple times to complain and they send someone out to spray the weeds but I've seen no changes whatsoever. It just keeps getting worse. I'm so angry I switched to Loyalty. The small savings I received will now cost me more in the end.

Loyalty has always done an excellent job of doing everything we've engaged them for. Very easy to work with. Reliable. Today, the team went the extra mile. We had our front mulch replaced with rock. They even 'went the extra mile'' to replace our decorative accents when they were done. Can't more highly recommend if you are looking for lawn care, landscaping, etc.

We have lived in our home for 10 years and love the neighborhood. It is quiet and peaceful. Our neighbors recommended Loyalty and they have done all we have asked even when we felt the job could have been done better and with more care. I call Joyce and she is my go to action person. The company takes immediate action when we need something done or we need it to be done to our satisfaction.

We were looking for a lawn service and our neighbors highly recommended LLC. We had moved into our South City house in Jan 2018 and the grass was very sparse and neglected. They have done an amazing job and our grass is thick and lush now! Their customer service is top notch and they go out of their way to be helpful and to make sure that we are satisfied with our lawn care. Highly recommend them!

So Glad we Found Loyalty Lawn Care! They have done a great job with our yard, and we've had other lawn care companies in the past. They are great to deal with, up front about pricing and options, have a good portal for paying bills, etc., and have done a great job with our yard. We have seen definite improvement since they started taking care of us last year. We are looking forward to this summer and the improvements we'll see!

I was in my garage when Brad arrived to do the application. Before starting he came and talked to me explaining what he was applying. We did a little general talking and he applied the treatment. Thank you for hiring such nice young men. Everyone I have had contact with at Loyalty Lawn have all been very nice & friendly. Looking forward to seeing the technicians in 2011.

The lawn was looking very shabby, I called Loyalty and a rep came out and did an inspection and explained what would be done and what to expect. They sent a Tech out and he took care of the application. A week later I had green grass and it was filling out, now it is so green and plush I am just amazed. Very Happy customer!

The owner sat down with me and worked with me on the plan that I wanted with my lawn. After only about 3 months my lawn looks amazing! They have done in this short time what I have failed to accomplish for years. Don't waste time with trying to do it yourself and spends hundreds of dollars on products that don't work! Leave it to the experts at loyalty!

I have always found the service reps that take care of our lawn polite, knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions that we might have. There is ALWAYS a call stating that they will be out for a treatment the following day. They often try to sell a service, but are never pushy. and. our lawn currently looks like a million bucks. Fantastic results and customer service. I take great pride in my lawn and the have it thicker, greener, and healthier then I have ever been able to do on my own. The cost is very affordable, and less than I spent last year on fertilizer and weed preventer. They use high quality products and the people are great.

Poor service from Loyalty Lawn Service. Sent a note for service to their email address and received no response. Left a message, and eventually got a call back. The rep said he would come by my home on Friday.and was a no call, no show. He left a note when he visited on Tuesday, not sure he even bothered to ring the doorbell. Bad overall experience.
