Responded quickly, arrived on time. Fixed the problems. Plumbers very nice and polite. What else can I say.

Thank you Joe and Tom with American Plumbing! I called and these amazing young men were here a couple hours earlier than the agreed time. They called ahead and let me know they were on their way. They went above and beyond what an employer would hope. The job was very complicated and had several obstacles (10" rock wall, no crawl space) to consider.

We suddenly had a main line stoppage in the middle of the night, which meant that we had no use of our facilities at all. I called the main number, and the recording sent me to an on-call phone number. I called the on-call phone number, and the plumber on-call for 24/7 emergencies told me to call back in the morning. Bad form.

I've used American Plumbing numerous times. They work hard and take ownership of the problem. Not saying they're the best in Tyler, but they're the best I've used and will continue to use. Arrived a little after they said, but that is understandable. Plumbers have been busy in this part of the world for the past several weeks. When he got here, it turned out I did not need a new garbage disposal, just some tightening and realignment on the old one. Did the work quickly and well. I will use American Plumbing again when I need a plumber.

We have used American Plumbing for years, and they have always been personable, professional and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable too. This is the 2nd time American Plumbing has been out to our house. Tim and Tom were dispatched out to unclog our sewer main late in the afternoon. They were both very professional, friendly and knowlagable. After showing them the issue, they quickly got the drain machine out of the truck, pulled the and reset the toilet and cleaned up. Thank you to Tim, Tom and American Plumbing for saving the day. I recommend calling American Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

I have been extremely impressed with the quality and reliability of American Plumbing Company. I have dealt directly with both Jonny L. and David P. and I can't recommend them highly enough. They are both friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable plumbers, and I know the rest of the APC team is nothing short of excellent as well.

I'm so happy with this company. I called 3 places in need of someone the same day. They were so considerate of my needs they said they would arrive between 1and 3 and two nice gentlemen arrived at 1:00. I was so happy due to the stress we were under this was a blessing for them to come the same day. Josh and Israel were the two plumbers assisting me.

They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to explain everything going on under my home. Work will be completed today I'm sure I won't be disappointed. I appreciate Troy as well. He was quick to get someone here and explain over the phone what to expect. This is the place to call when you need quick and friendly plumbers.

Our situation was not an easy one. It's an old pier and beam home. Most piping is original. They guys took their time to make sure everything was done correctly with the gas leak. Unfortunately it was not going to be an easy fix. But again they took the time to explain what needed to be done. My family's safety is number one to me and they understand that. Thank you all!

Workers were nice, but the charge was not so nice for the installation of a shower kit. The price was a far cry from what was quoted. They did attempt to make it right, but I would not use them again. Had all intake lines replaced. New holes were drilled instead of using existing holes to install replacement lines. This could be standard practice, but I had to find and seal them all, as I wasn't aware that they would drill new holes.

The bathroom sink lines were drilled through the bottom of the vanity, instead of through the back wall as they were before, even though there was an access panel. Some old lines were left in place and the replacement put around them. Not all of the pipes had floor covers around them to seal the gap between the outside and the pipe. Had to clean up things left like metal pieces and pipes.

Some pipes were not secured well so they wiggle around. All cold supply lines, the blue pipes, were used even for the hot water lines. And finally, I specifically asked about the tub drain that I knew was leaking and was told it was fine only to find a pool of water under my home because it was still leaking. Again, they were nice, but I would not use this company again.

We have used American Plumbing over and over again. They have the worst customer service ever. I can not get anyone to check in when they arrive or leave. They don't inform us about the work that was performed, if they finished, what they found and the charge is. I have spoken with the owner and he always assures me it will change but it has been two years and we still get the same treatment. It's time to find someone who really cares about their customers.

The time to get someone out to my home was very quick - Same day service, which I appreciate. The reason I applied one star is because I was advised the only way the issue could be fixed was by going through my outside wall because of how the faucet is connect to the pipes. My other half didn't believe that was needed so we declined the service. We were changed a $95 service call.

I wasn't advised of this price over the phone, but thats my mistake for not clarifying before the men came out. Now I was able to get the issue resolved without having my brick wall tore into; so I was charge 95 for nothing. The gentlemen could have resolved my issue; I feel like they were looking for more money. They knew $95 was being paid out regardless of if they resolved the issue or not.

I also never got the company receipt in the mail like he said I would. The picture I included shows how the faucet looked before & how the other company resolved the issue. It did not require going into my wall. UPDATE: 6/22/2017 - I will say I appreciate this matter being looked into by Management. I am also satisfied with the resolution. thank you

The owner of American Plumbing came to our house 2 days later to resolve this complaint and reassured us that the mess left was not their normal business practice. He did not make any excuses and was very professional. We ended the conversation with a prayer and 3 days later a very generous customer satisfaction refund came in the mail. I would definitely recommend this company for any complicated plumbing problems.

We had a complicated repair on a tankless water heater. It required several days of work, troubleshooting and parts orders. Tim from American handled the warranty with the manufacturer and we were able to get the heat exchanger overnighted.

We are so glad that we called and chose American Plumbing to repair our busted drain line in the slab. We were given so much bad and incorrect information by other companies. We had one company that wanted to pump sewer water through our attic.

Called for some basic plumbing, they were on time and reasonably priced. Took time to instruct me on future repairs and how to request replacement parts at no charge from the manufacturer. Would call them again in a second.

This plumbing company is always on time and does a great job at good prices. I recommend them to all my Friends and family.

Had main water line coming into house spring a leak.water fountain in front yard.bubbling up from ground. I really thought this was going to be huge expense to get it dug up and repaired. American Plumbing (Todd) showed up quickly, on time, smiling, professional and was done with repair in about an hour.

I'm VERY skeptical about maintenance men and mechanics. So, believe me when I tell you that this company is honest. I was impressed with the level of service we received. I called at 9:30 am and had an inspector out around 10:30am.
