Our technician, Josh Dunn, did an excellent job of installing our new life time warranty lift master garage opener. He was able to provide us with everything we requested from our garage wishlist and do the work right then. Josh was courteous, patient, and generous with his time by answering all our questions and making sure we were completely comfortable with our new system.

He gave us tips and suggestions that were in the best interest of US. Josh took the time to assist me with getting my device set up online so I can access the garage camera and open/close the garage through the app. Would highly recommend Josh. On a side note: I love that Plano Overhead Garage Door quickly gets you on their schedule. Prior to arriving you get a text that tells you who the technician is with a little bio and picture. You can even use GPS to see how far away they are. I am very pleased that I found this company and plan on using them again with future services. -Shantiel

Another great experience with Plano Overhead Garage Door. They've serviced a creaky old door in the past AND then installed a new one sometime ago. Recently needed some maintenance. Donny Hollis was the technician. Did a superb job. Was even able to come a bit earlier which was great. When you call this business the phone is answered promptly and always by someone very pleasant and personable.

My experience with the technicians is they are also very pleasant and personable. So in addition to getting a great product and great service, I feel like a valued customer. Highly recommend.

I received outstanding, timely service from Plano Overhead. Donny, a ruggedly handsome man (married with three kids and loves to fish and play golf), was wonderful. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it without delay. Donny also took to the time to do minor repairs without added cost. I have not stopped making the door go up and down since he left. (All kidding aside - Donny and Plano Overhead provided excellent service.)

These guys are awesome. If you leave a message or email they get back to right away. The tech who worked on my door was friendly and got the job done quickly. He told me exactly how much it would cost. It never changed. Gave me a suggestion for the future but did not try an sell me anything I did not need right away. I would recommend this company to anyone who is on a budget or not.

Absolutely recommend. I knew I had made a good choice just from the great customer service I received when I called to book my Free Estimate. I received a text notification when my technician was on his way. text included their name, photo and location info, so I knew exactly who to expect and when. Jacob was super friendly and did an really good job making sure our concerns were addressed.

His estimate was clear and fair. We were accommodated with same day service/installation! So in a couple of hrs Paul stop by to fix out door and replace our opener. Now let me tell you about Paul! What an amazing service! He was fast but really thorough and after I installation he actually took the time to make sure we familiarized ourselves with the new equipment and highlighted all the awesome features we now had.

I had a fantastic experience with Plano Overhead Garage Door. They were able to quickly set up a same-day appointment for me. The technician, Paul, was very professional and personable. He assessed my issue (a broken spring) and talked me through what would be needed to repair it. I've never needed a garage repair before, but the pricing seemed reasonable in comparison to other types of home repair services I've had. Paul quickly completed the repair and shared some great garage maintenance tips with me.

If I have another garage issue in the future, I would feel 100% confident in using this company again. Having Paul as the technician again would be an added bonus because he seemed very knowledgeable, and I appreciate how he took the time to educate me. A technician who really knows his stuff. I appreciated him showing me what to do quarterly to maintain my garage opener working efficiently. He explained what and why of the procedures and recommended a product used by the company to address friction issues in the system. He also helped me download my garage opener app on my smart phone and link it to my Ring account.

He took time to demonstrate procedures and answered my questions about security measures to prevent people using a fishing hook to access my garage door via the emergency pull. He was respectful and recognized my knowledge and intellect. Sometimes technicians patronize their customers assuming that customers have limited comprehension. Great employee. Thorough.

Donny was an excellent technician. He replaced the springs on my door and did a great job. I called late Tuesday afternoon and had the door fixed early the next morning. The springs are lifetime warranted. Their fees are all inclusive and competitive. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and neighbors

On Saturday Brandon came (same day) to assess the problems we were having with gaps. He provided two quotes: one for fixing and the other for a new door which for us was a better long-term solution. I had already shopped around for doors but Brandon said they had several doors in stock and could come as early as Monday. On Monday, the office called and scheduled a crew to come in the afternoon. Paul and Steven arrived on time and did an excellent job!

They even told us about features that we didn't know we had with our garage system. Now we have a beautiful, quiet, and well-insulated garage door! I'm impressed with how quickly they came out, everyone was really attentive to our needs, and didn't oversell us. This door was exactly what we needed -- we received quotes from other companies that were honestly more expensive, tried to sell us things we didn't really need, and we definitely didn't get the same level of care (time spent explaining things to us). I highly recommend Plano!

Jarrod was very professional and respectable. He was able to explain the issues and make best recommendation. He showed up on Saturday when the weather was 30 degrees and worked for 3 hours in the freezing temperature to replace our garage door. He left the work area clean and provided recommendation on how to maintain our new door. We have always had an excellent experience with this company. Since the beginning, when we installed our garage openers (8 years ago) and now replaced our garage doors. They have great communication, their technicians are excellent and their products are great quality. We highly recommend this company.

I had Plano Overhead Garage Door replace two ~30 year old garage door openers, after one of them broke. They came in promptly, gave me a fair estimate to replace both with state of the art new openers, and came back the next day promptly to do the job. Both technicians (Kyle, who provided the quote, and Donald, who replaced the openers) were very knowledgeable, personable and helpful.

They answered my questions, provided advice without overselling, and above all did a fantastic job. Not only Donald replaced the openers, he did a complete service on the garage doors, fixed broken or loose hardware, lubed everything, and made sure I was happy before he left. Highly recommend this business. No wonder all the 5-star reviews.

Very professional company. Appointment time was 5-5:30 and Kyle was in the driveway at 4:58. What other service people are EVER early? He serviced the door and explained everything he did. He was kind & courteous. We've called them every time we need our garage door serviced and will continue to do so.

Plano Overhead Garage Door did a fantastic job replacing my garage door. I called on a Monday morning at 7:30 and they answered the phone. I know it seems amazing but they were answering the phones at 7:30 am. They had Josh Dunn at my home by 8:30 am. After reviewing the situation, Josh laid out the options to address to problem. I choose to completely replace the door.

Within a hour, Steven Curtis, a technician was at my home with a new garage door. With the help from Donny Hollis, another technician, they replaced the old garage door, installed the new door and cleaned-up the entire area. By 3:00 pm, I had a new garage door. They were able to quickly fix my garage door springs and recommend a possible replacement for my garage door opener. No high pressure sales. We had a damaged garage door track that needed replacement. The entire process was very smooth. Placed a call in the morning and they scheduled same day a time that was convenient for us. John came right on time, reviewed the work and gave an estimate that was very reasonable. He started the work immediately and completed at the promised time and cost.

Spring broke and our cars were locked in(we were locked in) PlanoOverhead squeezed us in and installed new springs so the door would open and we were free at last, and the Missus was able to make her Talent Show performance.
