Where do I start?! AMAZING! Words truly cannot describe how pleased I have been with my service, the employees who were clearly top notch level professionals (from customer service to talent and I would go as far as even saying HEART put into their work) that I was so, so lucky to have been sent to accomplish the tasks I requested. I spoke directly to Stefano, the owner of Pro Color, who I happen to know after looking into what company I felt would be best fit for the job, is a very busy guy.

Not only did I speak with him directly about the services I needed assistance on, but he took the time to come out in person as well as call after completion just to thank me for my business and I must say, he and his crew were very noticeably devoted to the satisfaction of their customers but also deserve the title of artists in their respective roles in their field of work.

They did an amazing job! Saved me from having to repaint our driveway. It looks brand new! Also sent them to a family member's house and when I say the house looked completely different it really did. The house had never received pressure washing in 30 years!

They were even able to complete the job sooner then expected which is huge, past experience with other companies they usually take way longer then they originally say. Stefano and his team did an incredibly good job on weatherizing via composite and sealing our window trim. We met with and gathered at least three other bids before electing to work with Stefano and team- with no regrets. Not only was his pricing reasonable, esp. when considering the quality, he was very professional and knowledgeable- moreso than most who gave suggestions on what best to do. His team is trustworthy, focused when working and professional. I give 5 stars, highly recommend!

With the broad scope of work that they offer (we painted the exterior of our home, soffit replacement, new exterior columns, etc.) it made it so easy for us to do everything with one company. His staff was extremely efficient & were very clean work they work they did. We are very happy we choose them because of how good there work was as well as their pricing. I just want to start off by saying that my experience with pro color painting was absolutely fantastic. From the quality of the work completed, to the professionalism of everyone at pro color painting. I could not be more satisfied with the craftsmanship that was preformed as well as the pricing. Wonderful experience. These guys did such an amazing job painting our Jacksonville home we have hired them to do our 30,000 sq ft office building. They have consistently displayed over and above professionalism.

I needed a company that I could rely on and trust. My sister lives in Jacksonville and was not doing well health wise, I currently live in Boston and my sister needed some help. Her house was in bad need of repair with some electrical problems and the AC had stopped working. The house became over run with rats and my sister could not handle this by herself.

I called Stefano of Pro-Color and explained the situation. Stefano made contact with my sister and made arrangements to meet her to assess the problems. He showed my sister where the rats were coming in and explained that they were in the walls and attic and that they were doing damage to the electrical and duct work for the AC. First he sealed off where they were getting in and he put rat poison in specific areas.

He showed her and her son how to set traps to get rid of the rats. After a few days Pro-Color came back with their electrician and repaired all the damage to the wiring as well as the AC duct work. Stefano told my sister to continue with the traps until they were all gone and then he would have the electrician come back to check the electrical system again before they repair the drywall.

For one thing I was so relieved that Stefano was taking care of everything and that my sister had all the confidence in the world that he had everything under control. He was very effective in communicating to me exactly what he was doing and how much it would cost and what my options were. My sister was able to calm down considerably from when we first spoke on the matter, when she was so overwhelmed and feeling helpless.

I have to say I was very anxious about what all this was going to cost with me being long distance and everything and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised and relieved when I learned that the pricing was so affordable. I am super impressed with this business how they were able to do every aspect of the work that needed to be done and especially Stefano, his professionalism and competence and confidence throughout. I would highly recommend Pro-Color to all my friends and family!
