Rayna Spellman is a gifted designer and helped us with our selections for our major home renovation. The staff is highly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Brenda Miller was always available to answer questions. The owner Greg Claus is a man of high integrity and an excellent business man.

He stands behind his products and ensures customer satisfaction. If I could give this business more than 5 stars I would. They certainly went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction and a magnificent end result.

My wife and I have dealt with Italian Tile Imports since we moved to Ocala in 2017. Everyone there has always been very helpful. During a recent purchase of ceramic tile for our office, we experienced an issue where the product did not match the existing tile in the other areas of our house. Brenda was more than helpful in attempting to find a perfect match for us.

Even though Brenda was unable to locate the exact matching tile required, she was able to find another product to replace the carpet that had been removed from the office. The installer of the replacement product arrived on time, was courteous and did a professional job installing our new flooring. We recommend Italian Tile Imports for all your flooring needs. Rayna did much more than just the typical assistance on tile selections you might receive somewhere else, but offered us layout and design that you'd normally have to hire a designer to help with. I would like to thank Brenda and her associates at Italian Tile Imports who went out of her way to suggest ideas for our kitchen back splash project. Her professional expertise of selecting tiles that would match with our cabinets and counter top was very helpful. Brenda was also able to suggest a contractor that could install the tiles. When you walk into there showroom Brenda greets you with a smile she is very knowledgeable with ceramics, porcelain, and marble, the wood and everything the store Carry's and the material you have to order Brenda has always handled it.
