Hoffman tree service went above and beyond of what I expected.showed up with all the equipment nessary to do the job from start to finish. The crew and the owner Kyle are very professional. Tried to use this business for a tree removal since I have a tree close to my house and the insurance company demanded it be removed. Agreed on a reasonable price and set up several appointments for them to come and do the job, however when the days came to do the job they made excuses why they couldn't come and I only got the excuses after I reached out to them to find out when they were going to be by to work.

I asked them several times for a written quote to at least put the insurance company at ease to let them know I was working on the issue but even that seemed to difficult for them to handle as they would either ignore me or refuse to return a phone call. I would rather pay the extra and deal with someone professional.

Kyle and his crew dropped everything on a Sunday evening to help remove a 44 diameter tree trunk. Hoffman's Tree Service showed up on-time and got to work. They brought all the right tools and equipment to knock this job out. They were professional and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend calling Kyle Hoffman for any of your tree and landscaping needs.

Fantastic service and honesty. They removed a difficult split cherry tree that was over 50' tall. The location was on a hill with no equipment access. Kyle went old school to remove this danger and it was amazing to witness. We cannot recommend them enough. Service: Tree removal

I could not be more satisfied with Hoffman's Tree Service. The 100 year old tree in front of my house finally succumbed after a wind storm, and split in half in the middle of the night. I called Kyle on his 24 hour emergency line, and was able to send over photos and had a response within a few hours. Within 24 hours he was out with his crew and a crane, and was able to clean up the limb that fell, along with removing the rest of the tree as it was also about to fall into the house. Kyle and his crew were very professional, and communicated with me through the entire process.

They are very efficient and knowledgeable about their work. All told, they were in and out within about 3 hours, and made an emergency into a very manageable situation. They also prioritized safety of all parties by using their crane. I would be happy to use them in the future, and could not be more satisfied with the service that they provided.

I had a Maple tree cut down and the stump grinded out. Kyle the owner and his crew, did an "AMAZING " job from start to finish. The price was right, they showed up on time, and got the job done. They did such a great job removing 4 pines that were all 50+ feet tall! They cleaned everything up very nicely too! I would definitely recommend! I wish I could post the before and after pictures cause the change to our back yard is incredible!

The August 17, 2019 microburst over Pittsburgh left our property in Millvale littered with debris from the mature trees in the yard. Kyle was quick to return our call and survey the damage. From the start the Hoffman Tree Service showed their knowledge and professional demeanor. Their organization and team work while clearing huge broken off limbs from trees, trimming trees, and taking trees down to the ground was a beautiful thing to watch. I can't say enough about this company. They made my disaster stricken yard a thing of beauty again in matter of hours.

We live on property with a lot of trees. During an ice storm in the fall, many of them were damaged or destroyed. Kyle and his crew came in and swiftly and neatly took care of the trees and hauled away the debris. We were so impressed by their work that we had them come back in for another day in addition to the 2 days we had scheduled to cut down and clean up some trees and bushes that needed some long overdue attention. Mike and his crew are top notch. Highly professional, reliable, and reasonably priced. They took down 3 sizable pine trees from our front yard in under 1.5 days, including grinding stumps and removing chips. We had a very pleasant experience with them and will certainly be using them again!

Hoffman Tree Service was beyond helpful and caring of our situation. Tree came down on our driveway and they were there within 30 mins to cut and remove so we could park our cars. Also came back the next day to remove not one but two trees that needed removed!
