We are very happy with the job that All Bright Services did cleaning our house. Every step of the process was thorough and painless. We were able to quickly set up date for the cleaning with Ben. We met with their Representative for a walk through and discussed what we wanted cleaned. He explained all of their services to us and we gave him a deposit for the job.

I hired All Bright Services for a combination deep cleaning and Covid-19 disinfection, and needed it done on the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. They responded right away, offered me a fair price, and kept in contact with me until the 2 cleaners arrived. They came a little after we discussed but made sure to make up for the time, and went the extra mile to the details I had asked for.

It was a very complicated project, and they went out of their way to accomplish all that I asked, and were passionate about what they did, as well as being pleasant and friendly. I'd definitely hire again, and would recommend to anyone who needs this kind of work!

No show! Paid for an appointment in November for a date late in December to clean a kitchen and bath for an incoming tenant. I was told they would be there for a 9am start: by 10:15 I was calling to find out where they were, and after many phone calls to the dispatcher, owner and driver, no one had the same story. Long story short: I had to do it myself.

I requested my money back by the end of the business day, and had to call my credit card to get the money back, as they didn't take of that business either. Totally destroyed my day!

I'm a project manager for a city agency and my contractor needed to do a thorough cleaning of a large construction site to make it suitable for reopening to public use, and they did a marvelous job cleaning four floors. We hired them for heavy duty vacuuming, high dusting, mopping, floor and wall cleaning, bathroom cleaning, disinfecting and saniziting toilers, wiping down special surfaces-- and they did a great job in three days.

The site was spotless, smelled nice, and done with a knowledgeable and fun crew. Alon was such a pleasure to work with to set up the appointment that when we needed a special cleaning for a lead dust wipe test at the same site, there was no hesitation to reach out to him to get the company's services again.

When a 1 day repair job on my bathroom ended up taking a week and left construction dust on every possible surface in my apartment, All Bright saved me. Joe was amazing - super clear on costs, answering all of my questions, making recommendations - just so straightforward and transparent - and quickly had a team scheduled to clean my apartment to make it habitable again. Mike was the cleaning crew lead, he arrived on time and came in to assess the job and give his team an overview and direction. Jimek and Linda were the cleaning crew and honestly, in 4.5 hours somehow managed to get rid of every speck of dust and cleaned areas I hadn't even thought of (including my windows - inside and out).

They were careful, thorough, fast and efficient, and by the time they left, my apartment was spotless and even cleaner than before construction started! Another bonus - they bring their own supplies. Most of their products are green (white vinegar based) and they also have HEPA-filter vacuums and air filters if needed. So not only is the apartment spotless, it doesn't have that overwhelming smell of chemicals that tends to linger after a deep clean.

Payment is easy - you can pay online or via check, so you have your options. It was worth every penny and I would absolutely hire All-Bright again (and am actually considering them for a deep clean twice a year).

Definitely a GENUINE 5 star! All tough the quote might sound pricy at first, is totally worth the money! I booked a deep cleaning for my new apartment and they left everything like new, addressed all the problems I mentioned and even details I did not notice, moved stove and fridge and cleaned behind them, as well as inside all the appliances. Did not leave anything out, they cleaned even the all the light switches, came and left on time and used vinegar based soap for the kitchen so it is safe for everyone! We had a mold situation in our bathroom Allbright sent out their supervisor very detailed very professional (he had a lot of knowledge!) we got the best service possible it's already six months and the mold did not came back! (they also provided us machinery which is keeping us safe!)

We were moving to a full-service building that recommended All Bright for carpet cleaning and I wanted to move in with clean carpets. From the first phone call, I found everyone at All Bright to be professional and courteous. I was able to get a quote over the phone and schedule pick-up at my convenience. My carpets were cleaned and given special attention, and delivered on the day promised.

I Must say this company was really good, Their Customer service was so Grea! I didnt have no problems telling them my problem and they finding a solution for me. I got a easy and fast response when I needed an estimate on my Carpet that needed cleaning since I have had years and years of stains on it lol. They were Great I reccomend them to anyone!
