I was recommended to republic alarm system company & no regrets! I honestly didn't know where to begin with an alarm company for the safety of my family and home. They made the process a breeze! Cameras were up and installed by the appointment date. I've taken several trips & have access to unlock the door and such for my pet sitters! How neat! I've had a few sensors stop working, and a technician never fails to show up and fix it the same day!

I've now added to my contract and have the system at my place of business! Highly recommend & very professional. Reading some of the reviews & I've never had the bad experience they've had. You have to learn how to be patient you can't have things done with a snap of your fingers. Thanks republic alarm for always taking care of me!

We recently built a beautiful home out in the country on land we own. Sye and Republic Alarm were recommended to me when I was I shopping around for alarm systems. We were extremely pleased with Sye as well as both technicians who serviced our home. Both Technicians Jonathan and Juan were fantastic. Our alarm system and cameras were installed just recently.

Both Technicians were prepared with Covid-19 precautionary wear. We know our property is shielded with the best system to protect our home with Republic Alarm. The system is outstanding! We are very pleased!

This is my 4 year with them before they split up with the other business. I like them but they don't keep their word. They do have service man name Juan, he is very professional and kind. I would recommend him anytime.

I Was referred by a neighbor when we were discussing our home alarm system/service and how dissatisfied I was with the company. My neighbor called Sye that night gave him my contact information and he promptly called me the next day. Within 2 days we were set up and working with 2020 technology and actually getting use of our system. Thanks again republic Alarm.

I have been with republic alarm for well over 10 years. Sye is by far one of the best employees this company has. I can call or text him at any time of the day or night and he ALWAYS response back. This young man is VERY knowledge of their different systems and packages that this company has to offer and you can tell that he truly cares about his costumer's.

Now yes, this company has had their struggles but I believe the same can be said about almost any small company trying to grow and compete with the larger companies. For the others who have had a poor experience with Republic, I would suggest working and talking to Sye as he has never let me nor everyone else that I have referred to this company.

I love this company anytime I need them they are available to me even on weekends when most companies are closed. I would recommend them to anyone who needs home security!

Great local alarm company. My sales person was upfront with the cost and he got it installed the same day. The technician came within a few hours and got me hooked up. So far so good! I would recommend to anyone who considers an alarm system.

I purchased a new home and had home pro "hook it up" yeah nope. Homepro are amateurs and I had their stuff taken off my walls and a new up to date system installed by Republic Alarm within a week. Best part is Sye made sure my house was on the schedule in a timely manor and my house feels and looks much safer. Feels nice when you have cameras that are clear and door alarms for your toddlers that like to open front doors. Will be calling Republic Alarm for my next home as well! Definitely recommend!

Unfortunately we chose Republic 3 years ago. It has been nothing but problems. The installation, the billing, the customer service, the monitoring service.it is all the worst of the worst. IF you are ever ever able to reach anyone in the office, they are useless. It's like a circus act. We held up our end of the contract for 3 very long years.

I gave a 60+ notice for cancellation. Everything was confirmed. But of course, since this is such a poorly run company, it is not the end of the story. They continue to take out the monthly fees. You call and you get the run around. I am still dealing with the headache. Incompetence abounds throughout this company. Do not waste your time or money dealing with these people. Luckily there are several other options for home security that are more dependable and cheaper.

Installer Calvin was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful Simple process & installation. Very thorough training from tech Calvin. I highly recommend Republic They made sure everything was correct before leaving, they are very helpful through the whole process Thank you Republic Alarm for such amazing service

BEWARE as whoever they have on the road driving their company van is incredibly reckless and aggressive as a driver. I could hardly recommend their service as they seem so careless about human life going 75MPH while almost causing accidents tailgating and purposefully slowing down to prove points in traffic. VERY DANGEROUS. Continued harassing me on the highway after I had a near miss with their reckless driver.

Installation of our 2gig alarm system was professionally done and I love it compared to my old alarm system.

First, beware that if you sign up you are agreeing to a 3 year contract. I was not told this, so of course when I had problems with my system, more than twice, and wanted to cancel, I was told then. They grab you in with whistle and bells. Second, if your system works, don't call the sales rep. Also, they had someone sitting outside my house one day sinve my bill was past due. Third, I am paying for 6 months of service when I did not even use the service. It's like making a car payment but you can't drive the car.

Not into being billed $48 a month for a system that hasn't worked properly and I have not used in months. Fourth, enforce someone who knows what they are doing check your system. I'm giving 2 stars because Carina was polite and tried to help, but they deserve 1 star. Other than that, since I'd have to pay $1753 to buy out the contract and I'm stuck with them, I have no choice but to hope they will be ok going forward.

I've been with Republic Alarm for almost 1 year now. I recently had my internet service internet service changed. I called them to let know my WiFi is no longer connected to the doorbell and the reason why. They stated they will have a tech come out. The tech called and stated, I can do it myself and sent me a link. I called Customer Service again and she said yeah you can do it yourself. I then advised her I don't have the tools to do it.

I was referred to Republic by my neighbors and they installed my new alarm system the same day. Now that's service.

The tech that came out to my house today was very friendly and professional. I rate his services a 10 for punctuality and knowledgeableness of the alarm system. Really to be honest I didn't expect anything less.
