My experience with SVSS this far has been great. Kelly my sales rep was fantastic. Answered all of my questions and then some. When I emailed or text her with questions there was very little wait time for a response. Fernando the crew leader walked me through each step that would be done to install the panels and the wiring on the side of my house.

The conduit holding the wiring was even painted to match the house and the tile on my roof. Some of my neighbors houses that have solar look very messy. Mine does not. Right now I'm waiting to here from from project manger Adrianne for the City inspection and the APS cut over. Hope to be up and running in a couple of weeks! Thank you Sun Valley Solar Solutions

Cannot say enough about Sun Valley Solar Bobby, Melissa and all of the electricians who worked on installing a Tesla backup battery on my existing Solar system did an excellent job. When I discovered some on the switch weren't weren't wired as planned SVS fixed it. I highly recommend Sun Valley Solar one of the best companies to do business with,

I am disappointed by the customer service and salesman. More importantly it would cost me an additional $2500 if I request company CEO to send the contract. Amazing and disappointing practice to learn. I am still looking for honest solar energy companies who is straight forward and provides excellent service and product with integrity. May be there is one that I can fine one day.

I have a pre-existing DC solar system (one large inverter + cells) that I wanted to add more capacity to. Easy job: put panels on roof, wire in to existing system, done. Easy money and a cash deal. I contacted Sun Valley for a quote, as they were recommended as still handling DC panels. Every time they tried to upsell me to a new microinverter system, which would cost my my grandfathered net metering.

When I said "just add 6 cells, please" they would ghost me. I found out that they didn't want to do the DC work as they could only get DC cells in lots of 25, and they didn't want to have the extras in inventory. Fair enough, IF THEY WOULD SIMPLY HAVE SAID SO. But instead they would ghost me repeatedly. I wasted two months before finding out what was going on and getting somebody who would do the work.

Sun Valley Solar was fantastic, they submitted all the permits quickly and once approved the installation only took 3 days. Their crew was very professional, neat, clean and safety conscious. I highly recommend Sun Valley Solar to anyone looking for their solar needs

Sun Valley Solar was a great company to work with from start to finish. I did a lot of research and interviewed several companies and this one was the most professional, responsive and knowledgeable of all. From start to finish, they are there for you, the customer. Bobby came out to our house and evaluated our property for solar. He sat down with us and answered all of our questions.

Then when I had more questions after he left, he emailed me back quickly with very detailed answers. Unlike the other companies who only did phone consultations, this company physically evaluated everything before making any estimates or promises. They take care of everything from permits to paperwork. You don't have to worry about any of it. Our project manager, Misty, kept us informed every step of the way.

She made sure we were aware of next steps and reassured us along the way if there were any delays in getting permits or installation dates booked. We had concerns about visibility of the panels and they worked with us to ensure that the panels would not be seen from the street. This involved lots of extra work on their part-re-drawing up the specifications and altering the orientation of the panels.

They were willing and able to make sure they got it right. They went the extra mile for us to make sure we would be happy. The installers were professional and courteous. They efficiently installed everything and made sure to clean up and make everything look nice when they were done. I would definitely choose this company again if I ever need solar in the future. Plus they are a local company with everyone right here in town. So nice to be able to see and talk to real people and not through a phone or computer!

My experience with Sun Valley Solar started with Mark Greene and it couldn't have been a better experience. I probably drove him crazy with all of my questions and we actually ended our first meeting with me "thinking" about it and ultimately not going through with it. I contacted him again about six months to a year later and he was happy to come out and discuss my options again.

This time I decided to go ahead with the purchase. If you want an experienced, knowledgeable, no pressure friendly sales person, Mark Greene is your man. Melissa Coppola was the next person from Sun Valley Solar that I was lucky enough to work with and as I'm sure that I probably drove her crazy as well, she was great and helped me out throughout the installation.

The last group was the amazing install guys. On day one they noticed that I had some roof issues and they brought it to my attention so that I could take care of it before the installation so that it wouldn't cost me more after the install. After that, they came back and did a great job and it all looks great. From start to finish I would recommend Sun Valley Solar to anyone.

I've put in two different solar systems over the years with Sun Valley Solar. The first was in fountain Hills when we moved there six years ago and the second was this month at our new Scottsdale home. I really enjoy working with this company because they lay out all of the financial and other details ahead of time in writing. With our previous system, the results were exactly as they had projected.

Although the City of Mesa took a long time to approve my installation, Sun Valley Solar Systems scheduled an installation very quickly after it was approved. The installation crew came today and took less than 5 hours to do the installation. I was impressed by the efficient and workmanlike manner in which the work was done.

September 10 2021, solar is installed. Installation was super fast and the sales rep was awesome and hooked us up for sure and made us feel comfortable the whole time and was not pushy at all! He was very clear and knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Will post an update on how solar is effecting our bill in a few months as for now we are super happy n excited.

SVS promptly returned my request to inspect my failed PV system with an SMA inverter and older Sunpower panels. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed inverter. It lasted 13 years (outside of the 10 year warranty). SVS helped find a replacement unit but unfortunately was not fully compatible with the older panels (Positive grounding).

They continued to look for a solution although the solution turned out to be a refurbished SMA inverter that they did not supply as I found one on Ebay. They assured me of compatibility. Unit installed and back on line! At the end of the day, they were courteous and big shout outs to Justin and Evan for their professional service and excellent technical and logistical advice.

When my PV system times out in 12 years (25 year system) I know my first Installer to call. But you don't need to wait. You can call them right now and get started with your solar system!

I am a retired electrical and general building contractor for over 36 years. My first contact with Sun Valley Solar Solutions came about because of looking at the poor quality of work being performed in my neighborhood by some other solar companies. Before I purchased a system I talked to neighbors I inspected other jobs being installed in my area.

I found many sub-standard poor quality installs being done and I frankly would not accept that. I didn't want extra holes being drilled into my roof, or unpainted conduit run in such a manner that it stuck out around my eaves looking very unprofessional and unsightly. I explored options for solar with a few companies, but ultimately selected Sun Valley Solar Solutions, and am very glad I did. Not only did they do a phenomenal job from design to installation, when my system had degraded performance due to a manufacturers firmware problem, SVSS worked with the manufacturer for weeks to get the problem solved. With no clear solution on the horizon, SVSS swapped out the equipment with the firmware issue for another manufacturer's brand and the system has been running flawlessly ever since. Highly recommend their work and ethics.

Let's talk about something important, solar power. Thanks to Brad Price and Valley Solar, my SunPower panels are creating clean, renewable energy, at times, more than I can use. Now I don't want to get technical, 'cause I'm not technical, but, in my case, excess energy gets routed back to the SMUD grid so other customers can use it. They get charged for It, I get credit.

This company is A+ all the way around. Sales person Carl is so nice and honest. Owner Brad is super and very knowledgeable and helpful. Workers are great guys; neat, polite, and very professional. Office staff is super nice and efficient. We believe solar will save us lots of money and will know more in coming months on the production.

It was wonderful. We had gotten bids from 4 companies and narrowed it to 2. Our electrician suggested Valley and we included them. All of the salesman were very polite and knowledgeable but Valley stood out.

I had Valley Solar install my system last year May 2015. It was go as plan and met the timeline schedule. They provided me a regular update throughout installation process. The company very customer focus and they are using there own employee for the work.

We went to a presentation at SMUD, and also consulted 3 other solar installers before choosing Valley Solar. I appreciated that solar was Valley Solar's only business, compared to a heating and air conditioning business that also does solar. Everyone was very responsive, and they even included an electric car charger for free.

In our search for a solar system for our home, we consulted with a family that already had solar, and then we scheduled appointments for solar companies discussed. We were impressed with the presentation by Carl Marino of Valley Solar. He had researched our situation in advance and was very knowledgeable about a system that would benefit us.

We had a complete solar installation done. It was a totally professional experience from start to finish, including their locating and reporting to us a couple of roof leaks that needed to be repaired before we proceeded. They were very flexible in coordinating that effort with theirs, and we could not be more pleased.
