This is truly the cherry on top of landscaping projects. Water literally has a life changing impact. It is true joy having a properly functioning water feature. Unfortunately, if they are not done correctly they can be a nightmare. Every year we talk to people that have water features that fall into this category.

We had a pond cleaning done by this company. The cleaning job was good for the most part. A few items around our small pond were knocked over but those were of little concern. In our instructions we requested for the fish to be kept alive. Unfortunately, this did not occur, while our comets were preserved, all of our minnows, a vital part of the pond ecosystem as consumers of algae, were killed, I would understand the possibility of some being casualties of the process but all of them seems careless.
It was sad. Apologies for the oversight were offered and appreciated. Hopefully they can make improvements on these details. In the past we have had 5 star service here in the and would still recommend.

We hire Good Earth to perform the Spring cleaning of our water feature/fish pond every year. They have always performed great. This year, the attachment of our bubbler rock had broken off during the Winter, in addition, some of our liner needed attention. The cleaning crew (not knowing this work needed done) did not have the materials to fix these problems. HOWEVER, scheduled another time, came back, worked late into the evening and fixed these items without complaint.
Good Earth Water Gardens has a forever customer with us. I am repeatedly pleased and impressed with how they conduct business. Well done Guys! Update. we have since received an additional charge for the follow visit, not a complaint, just making sure everyone realizes it was not a free service.

Last year Dan and his crew turned our little "8 foot water feature" into a legitimate pondless waterfall. Looks great and we've recieved several compliments from friends and relatives. We also signed up for their annual maintenance program. Glad we did, very glad. Dan and the rest of his crew always do good work. Give them a call, You'll be glad you did!

We had an old waterfall feature that needed to be re-built within a small space on our patio. Dan came up with a great idea and vision of how to make this work. Working with the Good Earth Water Garden team was an excellent experience. The end result exceeded our expectations. We got exactly what we asked for and more. I especially like how they integrated the water garden into the existing surroundings so that it looks like it has always been there. The friendly young installers worked quickly, had the equipment to level and ensure proper height and flow, and clearly have a good eye for design. Getting a professional install was definitely the right decision for us.

So glad we found this pond company! The team at Good Earth listened to our "vision" of how this backyard pond should look after the rather extensive cleanup and repair. They offered suggestions and options with costs upfront. It looks great now, is very pleasant to be around and no longer the embarrassment it was before. They showed up despite poor weather and no $$ surprises, and performed a thorough cleaning and waterfall repair.plus very eager to share their knowledge about ongoing upkeep we can do ourselves, including recommendations for plantings and even discussion about fish and their needs. I would recommend them and will use their services again.

Good earth water gardens did an amazing job on our pond. We had a roughly 20x20 preexisting pond and they added a wetland filter, 2 waterfalls and made the original pond look way more natural. They were very polite and courteous and are really hard workers. They also assisted with finances and were able to get Greg the pond guy to come and get us on his YouTube channel. I would highly recommend and am already talking with them about future projects.

This team of amazing engineers, visionaries, landscapers and artists are awesome folks to have around. Their confidence in the task at hand and their true sense of enjoyment as they work is powerfully inspirational! They took a dream and made it a reality!
