I had GroutFix repair my bathroom and re-grout the old leaking tiles recently. Also, since my building was using a very fragile material (Cpvc) for pipe, and the original construction team failed to build support behind the pipe, it got broken during plumbers visit. Louie did an amazing job in building the support for the shower value, and how it's super reliable! Also, there's was some unexpected change to the original repair plan, but Louie stayed with the original quote he gave me, which, combined with the excellent work, was very impressive. I would highly recommend them!

They deserve more than 5 stars! Louie and his team are the most reliable, courteous, honest, reasonable priced that did an amazing transformation of our bathrooms and kitchen tile floors and walls. We used them for new tile installation and for clean/seal/ re-grout of another older bathroom. Extremely happy with the results! I would highly recommend.

On two occasions, Louie and his team came to clean or replace, and reseal the grout in our home. Each occurrence focused on multiple areas (bathrooms, kitchen, utility room) and areas (walls, floors, counters) of our home. His bid was detailed and broke down the work required and costs within each room. His team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and when complete, our bathrooms, kitchen, and tile / slate floors now look better than when our house was brand new. Great attention to detail, professional, and timely in completing the work. I would highly recommend Grout Fix.

Louie was slow in communication which put me little in doubt but I appreciate the fact he kept his word about the timing and was right on time with job get done. My backsplash tiling was done very nice. Overall my experience hiring Louie from groutfix was great. A word of caution though, Louie has some preference about the grout he would work with and not.
Since I choose a specific tiles and wanted a specific grout I had this conversation with him and got to know he may not be able to use the grout I'm providing. So be aware and ask him such things upfront to avoid any surprises.

Quick response to inquiry. Was helpful in getting on a phone call and talking through the repairs with me. Scheduled to come out within a few weeks, arrived on time on the day he indicated. Work was done quickly, great cleanup, looks fantastic, and the price was what was quoted when I first sent pictures and measurements. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Highly recommend Louie/GroutFix. We needed our showers cleaned/sealed and some grout repair. We got multiple quotes and he landed in the mid-price range, but that also included some grout repair (we couldn't find anyone who would do both). We are so happy with his work--the grout and caulk lines are smooth and crisp. If he gives this much attention to detail in touch-ups, I can only imagine his tile work is incredible. Louie and his team showed up on time, in masks, were extremely professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend GroutFix for quality of work, professionalism, and price point (which was exactly what he quoted). Will use them again in the future for sure.

We contacted Groutfix in the summer to repair the grout in our walk-in slate shower. Due to how booked out he was, Louie wasn't able to get to us until last week, which was no problem because we have another shower. It was absolutely worth the wait. Louie and his assistant completely replaced the grout around the seams of the shower (bottom and sides) and cleaned the tiles.
The shower looks amazing! I will definitely recommend them to all of our friends and use them going forward. They are perfectionists and completely professional. We are completely satisfied.

I had a great experience working with Louie at Groutfix. I found him on Yelp and contacted him for an estimate for a kitchen floor re-tiling job - he swung by within 24 hours and gave me a reasonable quote for demo and tile install. He was booked two months out, but that was fine for us and it was worth the wait. Louie and his team respected our requests for social distancing and masks on account of the pandemic.
He showed up when he said he would, executed the job to near perfection, and finished early. We're in love with the final product, and will be using GroutFix again for future tile/grout work. Highly recommend these guys.

GroutFix guys did an excellent job sealing the times throughout my house. Kitchen, bathrooms and laundry rooms. I contacted them on a Thursday through Yelp, and they were here on Saturday! That is amazing and really helped me out. The guys called me day of, and we're actually available to start early so I had them do so. They were courteous and clean, and worked efficiently.
They measured the area and actually came in under the estimate I asked for by eyeballing the areas. Also, the crew pointed out some gaps in the grout and caulking which I am going to have the builder fill in, and definitely will help prevent water damage. I am very pleased with this company's service and would recommend them to my friends and use them again if needed. This was a huge time saver and I always like when people do excellent work and take pride in it! Thank you!
