Amazing service! Our AC stopped working on a Saturday evening and we thought we wouldn't be able to get anyone until Monday. Fortunately, we found CTR and we couldn't have been more pleased. They were able to come quickly and had the parts we needed on hand and had everything up and running within minutes! Chris was so knowledgeable, professional, and straightforward. Our 16-year old heater failed and would have required an expensive repair. Kris came out, showed us a few options, explained them all in detail. Compared to other companies we got bids from, CTR was the lowest (comparing identical furnaces), but that wasn't the only reason we went with them. The guarantee was very competitive (1 yr labor, 10 yrs parts, lifetime on heat exchanger). Kris did not try to upsell us at all and we actually wound up with a unit that was smaller, though more efficient, than the old one we were replacing.

We've just had a month with temps in the teens and the smaller furnace has no trouble at all. Kris arrived for the consultation at 8 AM. We decided to go with CTR and made a choice around 9:15 AM. The new furnace was installed and working by noon! We added a humidifier at the same time, and it too is functioning perfectly. The installation was very professional as were the instructions for maintenance, It's hard to feel good about shelling out a lot of money for a new furnace, but Kris and CTR made it almost pleasant. We're expecting to see them regularly, because we will certainly use them for maintenance.

I will never go anywhere else. This is the very best experience I have ever had with any home related service issue. I moved into a new home this year, and the heater stopped working. The contractor from the warranty company was clueless and left us without heat for the last 2 months, supposedly waiting on a part. When I called these guys, they were clearly knowledgeable and quickly put me at ease that they could figure out the issue.

The best part is, not 5 minutes after calling in the request, I get a call back from Chris, saying that he could meet me in 20 minutes, because he didn't want us to go without heat any longer than necessary. He arrived before I could even get home. He was extremely professional and a super nice guy. But more importantly to me, he diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 minutes and my heat was back on!

He could have easily followed the lead of the other contractor and I would have had no clue. He turned a costly ordeal into a service call, saving me who knows how much. Thank you CTR and Chris. You have my business and recommendation for life!

Amazing Experience with CTR Heating and Air Conditioning! Kris was awesome. Our AC went out and I had another company come out, perform some work, and tell us that our unit needed to be repaired. Our unit is only 8 years old so I heard about CTR and had them come out for a second opinion. Kris showed up that same day and was able to diagnose the problem in 5 minutes and he got the AC unit up and running! So. I guess it didn't need to be replaced after all. So pleased I had him come out. I will be using him in the future for all of my HVAC needs. You can trust this company.

Amazing service! Our A/C stopped blowing cold air, so started to call a few places to schedule a service call. Most places I called were 1 to 2 weeks out. CTR came out that day and was able to fix our A/C. Very nice and professional techs. They even had the part on hand and was able to fix in one visit. I've used CTR for many years at my home and business. Kris is awesome to work with. CTR has always been there when I've needed them. Their rates are very competitive and they are very thorough. I've had a few things done in my home by CTR Heating & Air, duct work in my basement, a new outdoor unit. Kris was very professional and always wanted to make sure that I was completely taken care of and understood what he was doing and how if affected my family.

I received a few quotes from several companies around town and chose this company, so I had to write a review. Their rates were the best and they provided exceptional customer service. I was impressed by the installer's knowledge and he didn't mind all the questions. He was friendly and didn't leave the place a mess like other service people I have had in my home.

Today my outside air conditioning unit went out while inside it was blowing hot air. The heat in the house got up to 85 degrees in the evening, what would it be in the middle of a hot summer day. Kris Keller was here within the hour and had it fixed in no time at all. It's only been an hour since he left but it's already down to 78 degrees in here. I'm loving the feel of the cool air.

I don't know how to express how pleased. we could not find anyone to install our part on our ac which has been out since June. I was referred to CTR. they came out and installed my part for less then half of what I was quoted from other companies with using their parts.

This is a company you can count on! Purchased my heater several months ago last night at 10:50pm we relized it was not working.
