I gave a 3 only because of John. He is customer centered and willing to do whatever is possible to satisfy the homeowner. Sadly the opposite is true of this company's owner who only wants to argue and debate when shown issues that need to be resolved. Don't hand over the final payment until you are completely satisfied. Roof looks great from the road but up close it is rippled and dented caused by workers in to big of a hurry to move on to the next victim.

Ron was very professional and his crew was awesome. They finished my roof in two days even with a torrential downpour on the first day. they even cleaned up in the rain before they left. Thank-you for a great Job.

I was always updated on the status of job, given a schedule I could depend on, the team members were so courteous and upon completion, the main focus was insuring I was pleased as the customer! Unlike many contract projects, upon completion, there was no evidence a construction crew had been on the property other than the fantastic new roof. Showed concerned for our situation with the first phone call. Came by and made my mother feel at ease about the entire process. Roofers who came took the time to do the job correctly. They cleaned up all debris and we did not have to worry about nails in the yard. Very pleased with the the customer service and workmanship.

I appreciated that Ron spent a great deal of time explaining the difference between his product and other metal roofing available today. I was impressed that our new roof was completed for the house and storage building in just 3 days in 100 degree heat! They cleaned up very well and were sweet to my overly friendly bull dog. My roof looks great and I think it feels cooler in my house without the A/C running constantly. I'm very happy.
