Customer service seems to be a lost art, but this company has demonstrated that they know how to provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend them. Their attention to detail is also top notch.

It was pouring rain. I could not get my garage door open.why? I called and left a message and left a text message as well. Within 30 minutes Eric Hayes returned my call and was at my home within 35 minutes. He tightened my garage door's chain in 5 minutes.the garage door opened perfectly, without a sound! I recently moved into our home, had a problem with my garage doors, and called a company listed on the sticker on one of the doors for help-Overhead Garage Door repair. I got a rude receptionist who asked many questions about our problem and claimed they would get back to me soon. They never did! So I called A-One Garage Door, they returned my call almost immediately and were very courteous!

My garage door was replaced in October due to hail damage from 2016. This business was chosen by my contractor not me. The door does not fit right, there is daylight at the top of the door and between the first two panels. Also the weatherstripping was not replaced at the time of installation. The door has been adjusted one time since installation and that helped for about a week and then the daylight issue went back to the same as before the adjustment.

The second attempt at an adjustment did not go well either. I have never been treated so badly by a service rep on a telephone call as I was twice during one week by Aaron. He was insulting, rude and downright verbally abusive. I am sorry that my contractor and I have to deal with this company to try to get the garage door to fit properly. I will never use this company for any type of work or service after the initial one year warranty for the door is over.

Jordie and Aaron were fantastic to work with. The previous company we worked with was booked solid and they referred me to A One. I was impressed with how courteous they were, how timely they were, and how well they communicated the process and timing. Our garage door spring broke at 12:30 p.m. Aaron stopped by at 1:45 to get the door opened so I could remove my car, and was back at 3:45 to replace the spring. They were the most courteous people and they showed up exactly when they said they would. If your in need of garage door repairs, I highly recommend them. THANK YOU!

A-one crew lead by Aaron came in and installed two doors and an auto door opener for us yesterday Jan 8 2016. These three young men were an absolute pleasure. Their professional attitude and relentless desire to make the customer happy are attributes you do not see any more.

I ran into my metal garage door, and I called the guys at A-One Garage Door and they were able to get my garage door running better than it was before I ran into it! I didn't have to buy a new door cuz they were able to fix it!
