Matthew and Nathan came out to service the swamp cooler on my very high roof on a very hot day. It hadn't been run for quite a few years so they ran into a few glitches with the equipment. They diagnosed it quickly and went beyond expectations to get it up and running. They were polite and kind, answering all of my questions. Definitely 5 stars. Thanks.

Jorge and Matthew were great and knowledgeable. They were both personable, friendly and professional. Gave us estimates to repair and clean our A/C unit. Saved us $ by joining their yearly servicing agreement. Great company. Highly recommend.

They did a big job at our house. From beginning to end, they were professional and friendly. Kept us informed of everything that was going on. When I had questions about some of the charges, they were quick to resolve it. They even raked the rocks, replaced/raked the mulch and swept our patio when they were done, to get back to its original condition before the job started. I highly recommend them for any job, I know I will be calling them for any future needs.

This was truely the best experience ever with a company here in Pueblo. From the moment when we received our call to confirm, to the confirmation call that the tech was going to arrive, to Nathan drove up, to his detailed explanation, to the pricing, our questions and so much more this was a great experience and worth the price to have our water installed.

Your technician Mikey Bowman came out and was very polite and dressed nice. he patiently listened to what I had to say. He worked on the sewer drain out and had to run a camera out and we found out it was our towns problem. It was in the street past our property line. I called town hall and he waited for them to come. I'm very glad he did. they were trying to blame it on my property.

He told them about the camera and what he did. Thank you, Patterson, Plumbing. you were the only company that came out the soonest and gave us an appointment. I would recommend them always. I've called Jim a few times over the past year for some non-emergency jobs. He has been very good at getting back to me and making an appointment rather quickly. His workmanship is excellent and his prices fair. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again!

My water heater was leaking and I had family visiting from out of town, including a newborn. Mike and his team rallied their resources and completed the replacement same day after starting in the early afternoon! His team was professional, quiet for the new baby and they left the home cleaner than they found it! My one suggestion is to bring treats for the dog. Other than that, they were exceptional!

I had occasion to contact Patterson Plumbing and Heating for a problem on 10-28-15. I had the most positive experience I have ever had with any business contact. Everyone I talked to from the Customer Service Reps t the Field Technician were friendly and seemed genuinely concerned with my issue. I would not have a problem using or referring this folks to anyone.

John and Neil did a VERY good job installing the water heater. It was dune in less than six hours from beginning to end. They are very professional and personable.

I used to enjoy listening to your commercials on the radio several years ago. When we needed a plumber in an emergency, you immediately came to mind. I was pleasantly surprised by the immediate service. I was also very impressed by your representative Tony H. He was very competent, knowledgeable and friendly. Our shower head had been leaking gallons a day and Mark fixed it efficiently. He was punctual, professional, and kind. This is not the first time we have called Patterson Plumbing & Heating and it won't be the last!

We had cabinets installed and a few parts did not come in correct. The owner himself came out to fix the problem and did a few upgrades as well. AMAZING SERVICE AND QUALITY!

When I called Patterson Plumbing & Heating to schedule a visit the representative was very curtious and professional. They were having phone issues the day I called and we got disconnected so the representative called me back from her personal cell phone, which I thought was going above and beyond.

Our 13-year-old boiler, which heats our house and our water, crapped out on a very cold day. I called Patterson at 8:30 am, Joe was there by 9:30 am and he had it fixed and running again by 2:00 pm after getting a replacement part.

1/16/16 we identified our water heater had gone out. We contacted Patterson Plumbing around 1:00 pm and the technician arrived onsite within the hour. Professionally dressed (he even put booties on) prior to coming into our home.
