I had a hard time finding a technician that could install an electrified lock and Verkada door controller and card reader in an office setting, until i reached out to Marshall's Locksmith. Maria was great arranging the billing and the technician's visit. Jason did a great job on site! We had a minor issue with the card reader not being visible online and both of them were very responsive. Jason made s few minor changes and the system was back up! thank you Marshall's Locksmith

These guys are top notch. I had an issue with two locks on my vending machines. Marshall's Locksmith got me on schedule quickly and sent out a technician. Jason did a great job with drilling out my locks and assisting me with replacing the new tubular locks. They were not easy and he was very patience and diligent in working to resolve my issues. Other lock smiths around Raleigh actually forwarded me to Marshalls. Highly recommended!

Everything about working with this company was positive right from the first phone call. Their communication was excellent and the service was quick and efficient. The price was fair and the technician who came to my house was very nice and he tested the keys and made sure that I also tested them before he left. I brought my motorcycle keys this morning to be cut. I purchased a blank key from a dealership and they told me to have it cut at Marshall's. While I was there, I found out they sell their own keys aside from just cutting them.so I purchased a key from them and had it cut along with having them cutting my personal key from the dealer. I found that their key works just as good as the dealership key and I will continue to bring my business here!

They have thousands of keys hanging on the wall along with padlocks, door locks, trailer hitch locks, electronic-numeric door locks, handles and safes! From the looks of it, they do just about everything! I highly recommend these guys! Thank y'all for helping me today!

Professional, courteous, informative, quick, reasonable prices. What is not to love? I will bring all my locksmithing business to them in the future. They were terrific. Update: I used their services again 8/26/20. I waited for them to open at 8am and they rekeyed 2 cylinders for me. I was on my way at 8:10. Great business.

This morning we had an issue with the safe in our pharmacy, and were unable to open it to get our medication and register tills. We were desperate to get it open so that we could take care of our patients. The representative that answered the phone was extremely helpful, but we were still unable to open the safe. She explained that with everything going on around us their workload was heavier than normal.

Completely understandable and not their fault at all. Unsure about when she could get someone out, she took my information and had a technician FaceTime me to see if he could help remotely. Unfortunately he was unable to diagnose the issue over FaceTime. By the luck of ALL luck he happened to have a call in our area today, and said he would stop by on his way to check the situation out.

Not only was he there in less than 20 minutes, he was able to get into our safe, service the "damaged" parts, and save the day in under 30 minutes! We'll never be able to thank them enough for taking the time to fit us in and helping us get back to what we do best - caring for our community. Highly, HIGHLY recommend Marshall's. Excellent service! Got my car's driver side lock cylinder fixed. Though the OEM part was tough to get in short time, they searched their inventory to find a match and replaced it. Also got the handle changed for no cost. Dont go anywhere else if you have some complex lock/key issues. These guys are best. I recommend Marshall's!

Cheaters They are cheap and mean. Way more expensive than market. No professional language.

Our flush mount lock broke and the door is about 9 years old. Called Marshall's and Lucas came out and took a look. He took pictures and told me he would hav to order new ones. A few days later they called and had the parts. Lucas came back and installed and they match perfect. Door is again secure! Highly recommend this company.

Danny took my call and was very thorough when answering all my questions. He quickly got me set up for an appointment. Marshall's called ahead of time to let me know when they would arrive at my house. Lucas arrived on time, was very professional, didn't flinch a bit when the dogs started barking at him and quickly finished up re-keying my locks! Very happy with the overall service and felt safe having them in my house.

Called Marshall's because I locked my keys in the bed of my Dodge Ram. I have a bed cover so I could not access my keys. They came out and unlocked the door but said they cannot unlock the bed claiming it's a different key system (even though my key unlocks both the door and the bed). So I still couldn't get to my keys. Nevertheless they still charged me $200! $200 for nothing as they did not resolve my problem. So I had to call a different (competent) locksmith to unlock the bed of my truck. Total garbage and I'm so mad about it. Definitely will not ever be calling them again.

Real great place for your keying needs. Their prices are very reasonable and they know what they're doing. Have used them several times over the years for stuff like opening a filing cabinet we lost the key to, keying cylinders, creating keys to fit a cylinder we lost the keys to, etc. Highly recommended.

A couple weeks ago I lost the key to my safe. The folks at Marshall's Locksmith came to the rescue! I worked with both Hunter and Jason who were both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Through their tireless and focused efforts, they were able to gain entry saving me hundreds of dollars. Hats off the these folks! It's well known, Jason West is the Best!

I had to call Marshalls after hours to come help me get into my apartment. The fee to come out was a little steep however on a freezing cold Friday night at 11pm I had no issue paying it. Lucas was our technician and he was amazing. He got to our apartment fast and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us get in extremely quickly and told us what he was doing and why.

It made me certain I wasn't being "taken for a ride" to get more money out of me. Overall I had an amazing experience with Marshalls and Lucas. Would and will highly recommend

This locksmith company gets two thumbs up from me! My locksmith service provider Shawn was very prompt, courteous, and professional. I had five locks changed for my home. He was in and out in no time flat. He called me to tell me the exact time he would arrive and even called back to confirm he was in route and on the scheduled time table. Can't say enough good things about this company. Keep up the good work!

Great, friendly, and efficient service! I called to have a door lock secured and they were able to come out within an hour and were done in 30 minutes. Jason, the locksmith was very thorough and detailed in his technical work that he was providing and made sure that I didn't have to replace any keys! Very accurate and professional on all levels.

I got a call yesterday evening from one of the owners of Marshall's. He was very apologetic about the recent experience I had with Marshall's and assured me that isn't the way they normally do business. He even offered to refund my money. I very much appreciate the way he handled/resolved the situation and would consider giving Marshall's another chance in the future when I need a locksmith.

65 dollars for 2 keys? simple keys? No chips in the keys, nothing special? The dealership (honda team powersports) charges me 12 bucks a key! The only reason i did not go there this time is that they were out of key blanks for the type of key I needed. NEVER AGAIN! In there defence I should have asked for the price before I had them cut the keys. But I figured hey, how much more than a dealership can they charge! That was an expensive lesson. My 2 cents? Dont wast your time. Go to the dealer, or walmart, or anywhere. Avoid that place if you can!
