I contacted them for a quote during the covic19 lockdown period. They responded with a written quote without the need for in person contact. We agreed to go forward and after resolving some starting time issues their crew started the roof replacement. I have been the contractor on 3 new and multiple rehab homes including some commercial properties and therefore feel experienced enough to give a valid opinion of the job Faircloth Roofing did.

If I were limited to 1 word, it would be "great". Their crew operates like a theater performance where everybody knows their role and appears well rehearsed. There are no surprises because they have seen it all. I read the one negative review, and based on my own experience have to question its validity. My experience was positive and I highly recommend this Company.

I would recommend this company to ANYONE needing a roof replacement or a reapir. I called Faircloth Roofing and spoke with the owner - Bert directly regarding my roof leaking. He sent one of his sons out to my home and they found that the leak was a simple repair involving the flashings around my skylight - so he fixed it for me at no charge! My insurance company required that I install a new roof and I called Faircloth Roofing to do it. They had the full roof ripped off and reinstalled in 3 days.

I had a leak in my roof - leaking water down the front of my fireplace. I told Mr. Faircloth about it and he sent his son Bradley out the same day to fix it for me. Its been three months and the leaking has completely stopped. Faircloth Roofing reroofed most of the properties in my neighborhood and everyone recomends them to everyone moving into the neighborhood.

The crew leaves big messes around. metal and tools laying all over the ground had to be careful getting the dog around it all to go to another part of the yard to go potty. Also if you're a woman it's completely uncomfortable being outside your home having some (not all of them) of his employees stare at you the way they do. I have many pictures of the messes they left around and picture with materials hanging out the sides of their dumpster waiting for the wind to grab it and fall. Worst part is something scratched the hood of my car (clearly roofing materials) and this company did not want to take responsibility for it.

The owner didn't even have the decency to call back. my boyfriend leaves at 6am and there was nothing wrong with my car. crew got here around 7 and by 8 when I came out there they were! The son tried to tell me it looked like key marks and make excuses. Never touched base back with us. We gave you the chance to fix this and do the right thing. since you chose to be irresponsible and not fix your workers mistakes I will make sure that anyone in this town I come in to contact with knows this and show them the pictures of your unsafe and messy work environment Don't trust them with your roof if you can't even trust them to take responsibility for damage they did!

They just finished my 3rd Faircloth roof, as a homeowner and not a spoiled tenant of an apartment complex I must say that they were great! They had tarps everywhere and the constantly swept the area with a magnet. I was inconvenienced for a few days but the payout is a beautiful new roof that my wife and I love!

Faircloth Roofing re-roofed my home on South Peninsula Drive in Ormond Beach, FL. I researched their work and saw with my own eyes what a SUPERIOR job Brad, the Foreman who is Bert Faircloth's son and his Roofer's accomplished.
