I can't say enough about the wonderful service I just received. Chris King, along with Eric, did a magnificent job in installing a new furnace in my home. I trusted and liked Chris from the beginning. He gave us an honest appraisal of the old furnace and was efficient and extremely capable in installing the new one. Plus Chris is a great guy! Both Chris and Eric were great to work with.

Hellgate recently replaced 3 tankless water heaters, 2 furnaces and 1 A/C unit in our house. The advice for replacement units was good, the price was fair, and the crew did a great job while causing as little disruption as possible during the 3 day replacement process. I trust their technicians. They're knowledgeable, professional, and personable.

The technician's found a greater issue than the one we were sure of (an element) and that was the electrial wiring for the heaters was wired wrong--7 years ago (when the house was built). Thus the dual tank system was under performing over the years. He sensed something wasn't correct via a voltage meter and tracked it down. His years of experience and intuitive initiative were notable.

This is our 3rd positive experience using Hellgate Plumbing. This time we had a leak that we could not find. Our call was answered and the technician was at our home in 2 hours, sooner than promised. He efficiently diagnosed the problem, offered a solution and completed the repair. We own an older home with eccentric plumbing. He was courteous, professional and we appreciate the great service. From Lindsey (dispatch and scheduling) to Allen and Austin the plumbers, it was a good experience. Lindsey is very good at her job. A plus for customer service! Because of the current country wide situation, some things we ordered were running behind but Lindsey kept us informed! Allen and Austin were friendly and explained everything from A to Z. They did a great job too! Left no mess for us to clean up. I highly recommend this company for all of your heating and plumbing needs!

Our old house was quite the project undertaking. Got a few bids, had good feel about Jason's professional opinion & plan for our place. Technician crew Mike & Kyle were phenomenal (quality work & attention to detail) & they worked hard to finish.
