This is my garage door company of choice! They exemplify everything I expect from a service company. Kevin was very responsive and attentive to my initial after-hours inquiry over the phone and Josh was punctual, professional, courteous, and competent when he arrived to replace my spring. Garage Door Geeks met and exceeded my expectations and comes highly recommended. I was a skeptic of these ratings, but its true! If six stars was an option, they'd get it!

The reviews online, which led me to call this company, are spot on. We called to have a busted spring replaced on one of our garage doors. Our technician Wayne not only fixed the door but he identified and made some adjustments to the other door, repositioned the sensors, and at our request replaced the spring on that second door too. The garage doors have never been so quiet and smooth. Excellent customer service, years of experience, and extremely knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend Garage Door Geeks.

Excellent service! Called them for a garage repair, and they answered immediately and they were able to stop by the next day. They said they'd be there between 8 and 10, and arrived shortly after 8, after calling to let me know. The technician was friendly and knowledgable and didn't try to upsell. Fixed my issue quickly and easily. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

It was a pleasure talking to Josh while he installed my new garage door. He removed the old door and had the new door in and operating in about four hours and that's including adjusting the outside door frame for a better fit. The old door did not fit well and let a lot of bugs, lizards and cold air in. Josh is a true professioal and cares about his work. You can't go wrong if you get Garage Door Geeks and Josh to install your new garage door. The cost was reasonable and I would use them again.

Contacted them and they were able to evaluate my needs and provide a quote for the service that day. Scheduled an agreeable installation date. Installer arrived as scheduled; installed opener in a manner to match other existing hardware and opener; programmed remotes to operate new and existing openers; and assisted me in installing app on my phone to operate the new opener. Cleaned-up the work area when installation completed. I would recommend Garage Door Geeks to anyone needing assistance with garage door needs. All personnel with whom I interfaced we're cordial, professional, and competent.

It is unlikely that I would give a service organization a 5-star rating since it is rare to find that type of commitment. On Friday the spring to the garage door broke, locking in one of our cars. I did my research and was amazed to find a company with a 5-star rating based on over 550 reviews! I thought this was either exceptional or fictitious. On Saturday, I left a message on the answering machine.

Although it was closed on weekends, I was willing to wait since we still had one available car. I received a call Sunday night and was given time for a repair the first thing Monday morning. Josh called first, arrived on time and was extremely polite. Since I left an explanation in my message, he had the part with him and promptly replaced the spring.

I was expecting to learn that our 35-year-old wooden door had to be replaced, but pleasantly surprised when he informed us that the door was in great shape and had a better insulation R factor then some of the newer models. The service, cost and care certainly warrant a 5-star or better rating, and I am glad to add my name to that list.

Called in the afternoon because my car was stuck In the Garage and I needed to get it out to go out of town the next day. Josh gave me an appointment for that evening even after he had stated they were they were closed due to snow and icy roads. He didn't charge any emergency fees like other companies wanted to and fixed my spring system on the spot! Josh was super friendly to work with and extremely personable. Our garage door chose to break on the day of a rare major snowstorm this year. We called three other places with no avail until we called Josh. He arrived in 30 minutes. He was very confident and explained the issues and how he will fix it before he got started. It only took him about 40 minutes before our garage door is fully functional again. He even serviced the other door to make sure things are functioning well. Josh is very friendly and we recommend his service highly.

He showed me how to troubleshoot it myself if it were to happen again and never charged me for the service call. They are respectable, dependable, honest, and fair. Highly recommend.

Our car garage door had trouble opening and closing, to the point where we had cars stuck inside. We eventually had to disconnect the car garage door opener since it started smoking from constant opening/closing. We called up Garage Door Geeks and Pavel came and took a look on the same day. He quickly identified the problem as being related to the rails and wheels being work out. He replaced the wheels and ironed out the rails and after that the opener worked again. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Very positive experience. We had a problem with a garage door going up and down randomly and GDG diagnosed the problem and fixed it very quickly. It wasn't what I thought it would be, based on my youtube sleuthing! The GDG tech also replaced a number of bad rollers (which were making the doors really noisy) and tweaked some other things on our systems. The price was reasonable. Overall it was a very positive experience and I'd definitely call them again for a garage door repair.

I used them based on a Groupon coupon I purchased and what a FIND! The Technician, Joey, came at the agreed upon time, did very neat work, was obviously really skilled at this craft and was very thorough. To complete the repair he needed a part that wasn't stocked on his truck. The Owner, Kevin, came later that same day with the part, finished the repair and the door works perfectly and is practically noiseless.

I thought their prices were very reasonable (work outside of the coupon) and I would highly recommend them to anyone. In fact I asked for their card so I could recommend to a friend who has a lot of rental properties etc. I can't say enough nice things about this company and would highly recommend them for any of your Garage Door repairs needed.
