1-Derful Roofing

Our house was damaged in a hail storm that wrecked houses all over our area in May 2017. This was our first time making a claim with our insurance company, and from the get-go, Josh was extremely helpful in explaining the process. To begin with we knew we had some underlying issues with the roofing over our garage that we feared were going to be problematic. Josh and the 1-derful crew went the extra mile, by far, and took care of it all!

We considered using another roofing company, initially, but we are so happy we went with with whom we did. Our house looks awesome and the process was painless, even considering the severity of some of the issues that needed to be dealt with. We HIGHLY recommend 1-derful team if you are in the market for any roofing needs. Thanks again Josh for going above and beyond.

We had a terrible experience with 1-derful Roofing. It was impossible to get them to come out and finish the work they started. They damaged our lawn and our fence, and didn't clean up after themselves. There was no communication between the project manager and the actual crew, so work was done wrong or not according to our specifications. The roof they put on our garage failed inspection, and now our gutters are falling off. We can't get anyone to come out and fix them, which is covered under their warranty. Do not use them.

I didn't have to worry about quality with this company. Sean was on top of the job every step of the process, including all insurance company communication. The crew foreman, William, was thorough and very detail oriented. I highly recommend this company.

Dave was an excellent contractor, very responsive, walked us through the entire process and made sure we understood what was going on every step of the way. We've recommended him to several friends!

We used 1-derful based on a recommendation from a colleague after the May hail storm in Denver totaled our roof and I couldn't be happier. Our house was hit hit by a hail storm in June of 2010. About six months after we saw all of our neighbors getting new roofs we decided to call our insurance agent. Dave Scheck was recommended to us by a neighbor. We called him and he met with our insurance claims adjuster on our roof. State Farm totaled ½ of our roof.

I was very amazed and impressed with the quality of work, cleanup and the organization of the work done. Nick came in periodically to check the crew and the work done throughout the process. I would highly recommend this group to anyone that asked.

Curt was exceptional and a Godsend. Curt would get a 10 in my book. He stayed in touch with me all the way and kept me informed during the whole process and worked with my company to make sure everything was accounted for for the exterior damages. If you can find a clone of Curt, your business will go through the roof. The roof looks great and cleanup was nice as well.

I worked with Dave Schwartz at 1-derful Roofing for replacement of a section of flat roof that was leaking in my home in Park Hill. Dave was easy to work with and is extremely knowledgeable and does a great job in explaining what needs to be done and why. His work is meticulous and reasonably priced. Dave also helped me with a property that we were selling that had hail damage that we were unaware of.

He inspected the roof and met with the insurance adjuster on short notice to make sure that they did not miss any of the damage to the roof and stucco. We were not able to use him for the repairs for this property because of the short time to closing. His work was highly professional and instrumental in facilitating the sale of the property. He was glad to help even though he did receive any compensation for his efforts. Dave Schwartz and 1-derful Roofing have my enthusiastic recommendation.

This is was a situation that could have turned truly sour. We were extremely frustrated and not 100% understanding of the process. I called Christine in CCD, expressed my frustration that we were not a priority for the contractor and that communication was in lack of. She connected me with Chris Johnson. Shortly after my discussion with FCRP, John was out to my house immediately!

With the completion of Roofing Replacement and and Paint Restoration at our house we wish to express our full satisfaction and appreciation. The comprehensive service of your firm accomplished serious negotiations with The Hartford Insurance Company, and beyond that, execution of the work in timely and sometimes difficult weather conditions.

I must say I have been so impressed with Jeff and Leah! They have been amazing, coming to our home when our hours are tough to meet, working with our insurance and caring that we get everything we need!

We used 1-Derful Roofing to replace our roof after getting some real bad hail damage. The company did an awesome job and their crew was great. I would highly recommend this company.

Dave was our rep and he was awesome! When our insurance company didn't want to cover the repairs he made several trips out here to meet with them and was able to get the work covered. The roof came out fantastic and it only took 2 days.

The city inspector failed the roof inspection. They were not properly licensed for the work they did.
