Marc was introduced to my husband and I by friends that had used his firm previously on a major project and they felt that he would be perfect for us. That has proven to be the case. We purchased a home in Oro Valley, Az needing major changes and renovations in order to take full advantage of its mountain top location. In many cases the project has had more challenges than doing a new build and Marc's vision, creativity and professional yet friendly approach has been essential to its success. Marc is a great listener while also giving his own opinions and input at the most appropriate times.

It should be noted that we are working on this project from the east coast and there is no way we would be as organized or confident about its progress without the full effort of Marc's team, all of whom have proven to be highly creative and easy to work with. If you are planning a new build or major renovation, we would not hesitate to give Marc and his team our highest recommendation.

We worked with Marc Soloway to design our home near Tucson. We could only describe what we were looking for in general terms and Marc listened to our input, translating it into a design with which we could not be happier. He is professional, approachable and patient in explaining why he believes certain features work best in meeting our desires, as well as explaining options.

My husband and I wanted to retire to the Grand Junction, CO area and enjoy all the outdoor activities the area offers. We knew what we wanted for our dream home and thought we could design it ourselves. Our builder introduced us to Marc Soloway and Soloway Designs, however, and it was the best investment we made in building our incredible new home.

We had the perfect lot with 360 degree views. Marc captured all of it for us and took the interior and exterior design to whole different level than we could have ever thought of. Marc was so easy to work with and very professional. What we ended up with is not just a great house but an amazing house. When moving back to Tucson, AZ, we had difficulty finding homes with a modern and contemporary design aesthetic. Although Soloway Designs does an incredible job on new build designs - they also specialize in redesigning older homes. We live in a home that was originally built in the late 1960's but was lacking in function, form and modern amenities. Soloway Designs did an amazing job keeping the original character of the home, but also redesigning it with modern elements that captured the surrounding desert landscape and downtown views. We love it!

We could not possibly be more satisfied with the work that Marc Soloway and Soloway Designs Inc. have performed for us in the design and construction of our home in Canyon Pass. This is the second custom home we have built, and our experience building our first home was generally so positive that we were quite apprehensive that lightning would not "strike twice" for us, and that we would find the design and construction of this house to be a less enjoyable/more difficult experience.

Our concerns were compounded by the fact that we were were building this house from a significantly greater distance than when we built our first home.
