Very responsive throughout the process between setting the appointment and finishing the service. I had a foam mattress with pet stains and odor on it and they completely restored it! They breathed new life into an old area rug that's been in my family since I was a kid and refreshed my favorite couch of all time. I'd gladly recommend them to anyone and I expect I'll be calling them the next time I need cleaning done. Also very happy that they consistently checked in with me to make sure I was happy with their progress during the cleaning.

The owner did an amazing job not only with the carpets but also communicating with me. I wasn't home for part of the service so I left a key out for him. He informed me when he arrived at the property as well as when he left. He was friendly and professional. I personally prefer to use local businesses versus big companies like Stanley Steamer, for example, because I think its important to support local businesses in my area and the locals tend to be more personal and I love that!
