I wanted to do some repairs with my garage door, but ever since covid the money been slow. Now that I had some money set aside, I gave Matalonco a call. They were affordable, but I wanted to know how reliable their products are. After reading some of the reviews on here and after speaking to someone. I was certain they were the right company for me.

So I had to call up Matalonco to see if someone could come out and service my garage door asap. I was rushing yesterday when I was headed to work and backed into the garage door damaging one of panels extensively to point I couldn't drive my call out. One of their techs showed up within an hour after placing the initial call. They have the part and tool with them when they arrived.

They gave me a quick estimate that was reasonable and they went to work right away. Got the job done in not time and I was on my way to work. I really appreciate the hard work and them willing to come out on short notice.

Matalonco were very profession during the service call. And the repairs went extremely well. They gave us a really good price and they offered same day too which was great. Would recommend to anyone in need of a great garage door company.

Matalonco Garage Doors were here not to long ago to replace a snapped spring. Happy they were able to show up on time and gave me a decent estimate. So Happy Matalonco were able to come out and fix my garage door late last night. I think I'd called around 11:30a for a sensor issues. It kept closing and opening up on its own. I don't know what caused it, but didn't feel safe falling asleep knowing anyone could enter my home through the garage. These guys showed up an hour later and it didn't take long for them to figure out the problem and make the repairs.

From the woman who answered my phone call and her sympathetic ear, to my misunderstanding the time of my appt. so that the tech called me back right away, to the quality of the service performed once he got here. Mateo looked at the door and knew exactly what was causing the problems. He then made some suggestions as to what could be done to alleviate them.

The price was very reasonable for the amount of work and the changes to be made. Once finished he made sure we were satisfied, when I told him my biggest problem with the door was the noises as it opened, he took a lot of time to apply enough grease to all the metal so that there is no longer any noise as the door goes up and down!. This is a superior company and the level of professionalism is outstanding.

Sometime you need someone local you can trust even when you are far away. I need a company who can repair for me a jammed rolling gate at one of our locations in Manhattan, and this guys were both available and they were honest with the costs: 200+Tax to get the jammed chain to work again.
