Aquascapes Pools

Antonio listened to what we were looking for in a pool. He was very helpful when we selected the various rock and deck options. We wanted the pool to be consistent with and compliment the style of our home. He designed the pool in a way that looks great and fits perfectly. He kept us informed throughout the process. He has been at this for many years and knows what he is doing. Highly recommend him.

We recently used Kirk with Aquascape to design and install a pool in our backyard. Our yard is challenging because part of the yard slopes down quite a bit. He came over and we discussed what are wants were for the pool. He also gave us some great suggestions during that discussion. We later met at his office where he presented everything on a screen and we loved the design.

He had included all the options we had discussed and we felt like we had a pool that was really personalized to us. Right before they began digging the hole he came out with a can of spray paint and outlined the pool. After looking at it and discussing with him we moved the hot tub which turned out to be a perfect location. The construction process went well, the contractors were all very nice, had no problem with our two dogs and for the most part were pretty clean.

It was fun going to their location and picking out our tile and plaster. You can place it in one of their outdoor pools to get a better feel of what it will look like. The staff at the office is very courteous. Kirk was always responsive to our questions and easy to get a hold off. The cost was very comparable to other top pool companies in the OKC area. We would definitely recommend Kirk with Aquascape.

We recently had our 30 year old pool and decking renovation done by Antonio with Aquascape Pools. It looks fabulous! The work began sooner than anticipated and was completed quickly and within our budget. The workers showed up each day and were respectful and skilled! I would highly recommend this company!

I am so thankful that we found Antonio and used Aquascape for our pool! I have heard horror stories from friends about their pool building process---thankfully, this was not our experience with Aquascape. Our yard was quite a "challenge" to say the least and I shutter to think what would have happened with another pool builder. We have a retaining wall and major water drainage issues that we weren't aware of prior to construction, but no matter how stressful the situation became and no matter how many things went wrong, Antonio kept his cool and reassured us that everything would work out.

His crews were awesome and all the staff at Aquascape communicated with us constantly throughout the process. Antonio is hands-on. He is at the job sites multiple times/week, overseeing the project, addressing issues, and communicating with the customers. He, his wife, and his staff treat their customers with the utmost respect and care. They walked us through the whole process from start to finish and even now I'm going to the shop weekly with water samples trying to figure out what chemicals my pool needs they continue to hold my hand and walk me through the process.

They have become more than just people we hired to do a job; they have become our friends. Even if you have to wait a while for your pool, I promise it will be worth it. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

I hired Aquascape to build the pool at my new house a few years back. The business interaction was extremely thorough and professional and the communication throughout the building process was outstanding. The completion phase of the pool occurred during one of the rainiest 45 day periods in Oklahoma history, and through every uncontrollable setback and delay, Antonio, Jamie and their team over communicated and did an excellent job keeping us informed.

When the pool was finally complete it was everything we hoped it would be! Service for the last year-plus has continued to impress. The staff are patient with questions and concerns and have a true sense of service. In short, I cannot recommend Aquascape highly enough!

Antonio, Jeff & Jamie have been great to work with! We have had an elaborate pool complete with waterfall with jumping cliff, hot tub with spillover into babbling creek flowing to the pool and beautiful fire pit finished. Construction was finished 2 years ago. The Aquascapes team has been very responsive to any issues we have had with the elaborate system.

We LOVE our backyard and we were SO thankful to have it during our time at home during the COVID19 pandemic! I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to enhance your background experience!

Made a online appt request for a estimate. Representative called me and a appt was set-up. I took time off from my work and no one showed up on the confirmed date/time! I called Aquascape and was told that I had no appt! Unbelievable! I have no patience when it comes to poor customer service. My money will NOT be spent with a Aquascape.that is for sure!

I rated them 5 stars because I wasn't able to give them 10! I love my pool. The entire Aquascape Pool team was AWESOME from start to finish. We sat down with Antonio to design the pool and he made a lot of suggestions that we are thrilled with. The construction crew was very professional and did an amazing job. I talked to a lot of pool companies in this area and I could not have picked a better company to build my pool.

Since the pool opened, their team has been amazing testing my water. I haven't purchased chemicals from anywhere but Aquascape Pools due to the quality and price. Thank you to the entire Aquascape Pools team!

Antonio with Aquascape did a wonderful job designing and building our pool this summer. He guided us through the customization process and got things done in spite of the record rainfall this year. We love our little outdoor oasis. Thanks to Aquascape, Antonio, Jamie, Jeff and crew for a great job.

We had our pool put in in November of 2014 and there has been nothing but trouble. In the beginning they got the design wrong with the pavers and the layout zone ( can't even put 2 loungers in there like we has asked for). Second the hot tub had a leak immediately and had to resurface, along with the quartz not turning out either. Then this February we contacted Pat about a leak in our pool and they were way to busy to help & told us to contact another company to detect it that cost us $600.

Come to find out that it was our waterfall, that was leaking from the vinyl base. We were also told from 2 other companies that we had plaster cracks when they were looking at the leak & we contacted Pat immediately and she just tells us that she has called Gustavo with Carribbean pool plastering. And when we followed up she said that Aquascapes owed him money therefor he wasn't returning calls. Guastavo also does plastering for several other local pool companies and his work is at best shotty. Would not recommend him or Aquascapes at all! Aquascapes doesn't honor there warranty!

Wish I could leave a review based on their work however after waiting two weeks to meet with the designer, the meeting was cancelled at the last minute. The customer service from the sales department is far from what I'm looking for in a pool company, especially given the large investment that a pool is. So, if ur gona spend at least 100k, then you just might get their attention!

Very unprofessional and not acceptable in my book! And just to clarify, they advertise a 75k minimal pool, I met that requirement however I suspect that their attention is on the higher end paying customers. Do your research, in this case you don't always get the best for the higher inflated price! Many more pool companies that build a higher quality pool at a more reasonable price!

Antonio and his whole staff have been awesome during our entire construction and post-construction process. Aquascapes does very high-end, high-quality work, not only on the pool but also they did our decking (cut limestone) and landscape lighting around the pool. They have been excellent in terms of follow-up to make sure everything is working as it should and that we are educated on the pool and systems. Thanks Aquascapes! Max and Janie Myers

We worked with Aquascape and Antonio's team to install a new pool along with our new home. Antonio and his team were able to design a diving pool, slide, waterfall, and hot tub as we reviewed with him. He was also willing to try some additional design finishes which he hadn't used previously. The Aquascape team was great to work with and ensured everything was completed as envisioned and with high quality.

Any issue or question we had was resolved quickly and with good customer service. We are very pleased with the final product and also had them install landscaping around the pool, back yard and front yard. We would certainly recommend Aquascape.

We were looking to expand and enhance our backyard living area, including landscaping and a new retaining wall, but did not want a pool. We had seen Aquascapes work on a number of pools they had built and new the quality of the work that goes into them. Antonio was very helpful in customizing a plan for us, describing the process and giving us ideas.

The quality of workmanship is outstanding and we were amazed at the time and detail the crew put in on this project. They were always responsive and in a timely manner to our questions. We love the results and spend as much time as possible outdoors. Their "Outdoor Living is Our Passion" motto goes beyond just building pools.

I can't just thank you for my pool (even though it is fantastic) because my entire backyard is what brings such joy to our family. The pool, hot tub, water fall, landscaping, outdoor kitchen, pergola, sound system, lighting, fireplace.and on and on. The entire backyard has become an oasis in which to create family memories.

Aquascape Pools and Decorative Water Gardens are our go-to guys. Our pool was awesome when they put it in 4 years ago- and it is still worry free. Our landscaping is beautiful. Best team to work with - they certainly raise the bar.

My husband and I were wanting to have an outdoor fireplace built. We heard about AquaScapes on WWLS, The Sports Animal. We visited the store April 22 and were told we would get a call the following week to set up an appointment for someone to come out and give us an estimate. On April 24th we were contacted by Pat Faircloth who set up an appointment with Kirk Hullender for June 2nd.

On June 1st, Kirk called to reschedule our appointment for June 9th. On June 9th, Kirk did not show up nor call. We tried to call him, leaving a message. He never returned our call. On June 12th we contacted Pat Faircloth to inform her of the missed appointment. She responded she contacted Kirk and he would be calling us. Kirk called and informed us that he was just too busy for our small project, even though he had no idea of what kind of project we were wanting. We waited 8 weeks only to be left hanging. I'm glad AquaScapes does enough business through Mr Hullender that our money was not needed.

God has been at work through you! You have created an outdoor environment for us that we've been able to use as a springboard to inviting kids to church and events like VBS. We're also blessed to be using the area for hosting youth ministry and faith building events. Thank you for being a part of God's work through your business!

Kirk was the best at explaining each step and every detail of our pool project! Definitely recommend!

Dear Aquascape, Having Lake Tenkiller as our swimming pool, we didn't have a desire for a pool at home until we saw Aquascape Pools. With every encounter with one of Antonio's designs, we fell in love with his talent to be able to create an oasis in any backyard and keep the natural look. Antonio and his staff are Christian people who stand behind their work.

These guys are definitely the best! If you're looking to build a pool, they are hands down the way to go! The creativity and natural touch they put on the pool is amazing.

Antonio and his crew are extremely prompt, courteous and kind. His character, one of highest integrity, is one of his greatest. He and his company not only offer great service, building a quality product (custom in ground, spas and fabulous water features) but they also specialize in the whole pkg including beautiful gardens and Koi pond. We love Antonio and his family because they made us feel like we were a part of his.

This pool company came highly recommended, and we were pleased with our original meeting and subsequent plan for our pool remodel. What should have been a three month job turned into an eight month ordeal. The quality of work is outstanding, but the communication was absolutely horrible and we encountered many complications, delays and errors due to the incompetence of the project manager.

The subcontractors were wonderful, and did their best to take care of us throughout the process, but the project manager was more focused on how much money he was losing due to his own errors. He even tried to have us pay the additional costs that were incurred due to his mistakes. Throughout our remodel, I watched a huge new pool and landscaping install start and be completed on Facebook in half the time our small project took.

I suspect, if you have a large project and are lucky enough to have the owner working with you, you are in good shape. But our experience with an employed salesperson/project manager was sub par. For the price we paid, we expected a higher level of competence and customer service.
