The team Robert, George and Nathan did a house of spray foam insulation for my company they done a great job on time and cleaned up very well. I will use them on my next job too.

George, Nate and Robert installed foam insulation in my garage. They came as promised in the morning. They even helped me to clear the walls from obstruction items so they could get to work. These 3 guys worked intensively from beginning to end. We couldn't have had any better team than these hard working men. We certainly would hire them again and we recommend them for any one who is going to insulate a garage or the walls on a garage. THANK YOU!

I've known of GES and Eddie Sanford's excellent reputation from friend's positive experiences. Although I only needed a small amount of foam insulation, I contacted Eddie for the job. It's been a huge improvement since adding the foam. It's been a few weeks with mild temperatures so hard to tell if my heat and air bill is less, BUT I know there will be! How do I know this? Because I can't hear the trash truck anymore at 6am! I highly recommend the retrofoam system with Eddie and his crew installing it!

This Company is awesome. Eddie is very professional and knowledgeable about everything pertaining to a remodel. I had Retro Foam come spray a whole ceiling to help with noise control and they were great. They are quick and efficient and you wouldn't even know they had been there when they left. This company is Top Notch! If it wasn't for Eddie guiding us in fixing our original builders mistakes I don't know what we would have done! Robert, George, Nathan and Kent have been Fantastic to work with! They are all so very nice and very hard workers! They kept us informed the entire time! We cannot thank them enough!

I highly recommend Retrofoam; it works. If you have an older home and need to get it insulated, you have two options. 1. Remove the walls and add insulation. 2. Retrofoam We chose retro foam and are very pleased with our decision. Pros: Our home gets warm faster. Our home remains warm longer. Rooms that were once colder than others are the same temperature as the rest of the house.

Wind drafts through the house eliminated. Wind drafts around windows eliminated. Outside noise, reduced significantly, I mean reduced by a lot. We can now sleep with no white noise. Amazing. Overall improvement on the quality of living, physically and audibly. Cons: The inside install is messy. (These guys try hard to minimize the mess) Outside install was much less hassle and messy. (The installers do a great job cleaning up their work area.) After the install, we noticed an immediate reduction in the outside road noise from passing traffic.

So much reduction that we no longer use a fan for white noise in our bedroom at night. We also noticed that our house would hold heat much longer. The first night we set the heat to 62 before bed. The room temp was around 68 degrees; by morning, the temp was still 64, and the heat had not kicked on all night long. This is so uncommon; typically, the heat kicks on several times through the night.

The two other areas we noticed immediately were the upstairs laundry room and downstairs bathroom. In the past, both rooms were noticeably colder than the rest of the house, requiring the use of small heaters. Now both rooms are the same temperature as the other rooms in the home. We are delighted with our decision to install the Retrofoam, and I am confident you will be too.

I had the exterior walls foamed first. The salesman was very patient, understanding, and helpful answering my many questions. Due to the distance, most of our communication was via phone, email, and text; all of which were prompt. The installation was efficient and methodical. They took their time to do it right. I got many explanations of how and why they were doing things.

It took a little longer than expected due to the complexity of the project but I noticed a difference as soon as the walls were done. Quieter. The furnace didn't kick on as long or as often. I'm happy and it's only been 3 days! Thanks guys! Several months later I had them redo my crawlspace. The removed the drooping insulation and foamed the floor joists then removed the old plastic and put in 8 mil plastic.

The vents were replaced with a newer model that would open and close automatically. The night after they foamed the floor joists the heat didn't kick on for hours! Yes, it was a mild evening, in the 40/50 range but still. The next day the temps were still mild and again the heat didn't kick on for hours. I could sit without feeling the cold creep through the floor.

The closets even felt not as cold. They hauled away the debris and cleaned up. They answered questions and were polite. It's been a couple of weeks now and still the heat runs less often then it did before I had the work done. I am very grateful for the excellent work they did.

I would very highly recommend Retrofoam. After speaking with the owner we hired them to insulate our garage and part of our new renovation. This is an excellent option to ripping out the drywall. They showed up on time and worked until the job was complete. They prepped the rooms well and when they were done, cleaned up completely. It been over a month since the work was done and we are are amazed at how warm our garage and home are now. We love it and are so glad we worked with Retrofoam!

I've waited over a year before reviewing to get a good idea of how Retrofoam was working for my home. I had only the exterior walls done in my older home that has plaster walls. I haven't seen any real movement in my electric bill or felt a huge difference in how cool/toasty my rooms feel throughout the seasons. I've owned the house for 9 years. I was concerned about wall cracks but was assured my plaster walls shouldn't be an issue. Cracks have formed in most all my exterior walls since Retrofoam was installed.

I used reviews as part of my research before I ordered the service. I was surprised on installation day to find out there was a $60 incentive for leaving reviews (which i didn't accept because i didn't know how I felt about the service yet). I became skeptical since customer feedback was a big part of why I decided to move forward. However, I had made a non-refundable deposit, workers were in the yard and minutes from getting started.

I decided to cross my fingers and hope it worked. Everyone was very nice, the crew worked diligently and left the house/yard in great shape. Looking back though, I haven't seen any real benefit and wish I'd never done it.

Super! I can already feel a difference - it is noticeably less drafty tonight in my home. Also, they were very nice - I asked a lot of questions and they were patient with me. They even offered to fax in the paperwork to TVA for my participation in the program. I would definitely recommend RetroFoam to anyone wanting to make their home more snug and energy efficient.

Eddie explained the process and checked in several times while the guys were doing the work. It's clear that he really cares about customer service and the new insulation is making a huge difference. Now that Retrofoam has done their magic, the house is staying a nice comfy 71. Great job guys!

I recently used Retrofoam of East TN and I am really pleased. The crew did a great job; they were professional, timely and cleaned up well - and matched the mortar perfectly! I can already tell a major difference in my house; for the first time, my house is actually warm and cozy instead of cool and drafty! I am sure that this insulation will help me save on my utility bills!

My RetroFoam had to be installed from the inside. Eddie and his team took what could have been a difficult process and made it very accommodating for me. They arrived when they said they would and were very professional throughout the entire process.

We saw immediate improvements in reduction of street noise, and we can already tell that our A/C unit is working less to maintain a comfortable temperature in our home. Also, there was minimal inconvenience in the process. We would HIGHLY recommend this product/service to anyone with similar concerns!

Put a new a/c unit in my garage, when I drilled hole for the vent thru the wall found no insulation in there at all. Figured the cost of removing Sheetrock and insulating wall my self, it would also take about a week of my time.

I love this makes my house feel so much better and the noise level from the outside has really drop you can really tell a difference.

RetroFoam is one of the best investments we've made in our home. We're staying warmer and the utility bill is a third of what we were paying. Definitely worth giving them a call.
