Mark and Steve are the owners of New Life Cleaning, Flooring and Emergency Services, Inc. Together, they contribute over forty-five years of combined experience to their company. Mark and Steve have earned numerous certifications in the past by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certificate (IICRC).

Steve is best known for pioneering the first ever Big Red truck mounted cleaning system in Lexington Kentucky. Before Mark and Steve combined their companies, Mark had built his own company over a ten year period by implementing a system he learned as a supervisor at United Parcel Service; where he obtained numerous operational management certifications.

The staff is extremely professional and courteous. The rugs look great when I pick them up. The only reason they got four stars rather than five, was that they went over on the time they told me to expect. I had family coming to visit and I had planned on having my home staged as it was a first time anyone would see our new home, and the roads were not available on the pre told time.

New Life cleaned three rooms of carpet for me and did an excellent job. On the same day they picked up two large area rugs with fringe that had never been cleaned. They were back in one week and both look fantastic. The service personnel were extremely professional but also friendly.
