Updated in June 2022 Another excellent visit by Jared. This time annual cleaning of warm water heater. Job was performed very professionally: on time, friendly, taking time to answer all questions, and making suggestions on general improvements. Also impressed by the friendly staff in the office, who are very helpful/friendly/knowledgeable over the phone, and who can help with last-minute changes in appointment. And indeed. all good reviews were true! Jared did an excellent job fixing our tankless warm-water heater. Almost more importantly, he very well explained the problems we were facing (taking the time, and not rushed), and what to do to prevent future problems. It was clear he was very skilled and experienced on our model (we have the Navien brand). Moreover, Jared is extremely friendly, polite, and very respectful.

I can highly recommend Jared and Infinity. And not to forget Marianne, who took care of my phone-calls to make the appointment, and alert me on Jared's arrival: She is very helpful and friendly, and eager to help or taking the time to explain. Looking forward to continue using this company for future work in our house!

Jared did a great job installing a tankless system for us. From our initial estimate to the final cleanup he was courteous, personable and professional. Communication with this company was excellent. Jared is hands down the best plumber I have had the pleasure to work with! Jared installed a Pelican Whole House system plus Grain Softener for my husband and me. The install was the most professional and best looking work I have ever seen. I have lived various places around the country with whole house systems at each home. This was the best job I have ever seen.

He also recently changed a kitchen water filter, serviced our On Demand water heater and educated us about many aspects of our new home for which he charged nothing for his time. I am very impressed to say the least!

We called Infinity during the recent snow & extreme cold due to frozen water line. Jared was the first of four to return our call. He gave us great advice on how to thaw the line & was very helpful. We called again to have a toilet repaired. Again he was very responsive & professional, the work was quick and excellent. We will definitely call Infinity for further plumbing needs.

Jared was amazing! He was very responsive and patient while I worked through the options he gave me. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of and he worked extra hard to make sure I could get my gas turned back on as quickly as possible. Jared came to my house and installed a new water filtration system to replace the current one and installed a new water softener system. After the installation, he explained how the system works and how I can bypass the system if necessary. Jared was running late and I received a call from Mariana in the office to let me know when he would be coming which I really appreciated. Jared was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Repaired our hot water heater without trying to sell us a new replacement. Was honest in his evaluation of the problem. If we eventually need to replace will definitely call infinity plumber. I highly recommend this company. This was my review a year ago. This year we had a broken pipe. Called Infinity again. Jared responded quickly, told us what he needed to do to find and fix the leak.

He presented the cost estimate and we approved the work. Jared took care of everything and completed the repair in a timely manner. The young lady who answers the phone and does the schedule is very pleasant and does a great job of keeping us informed. We also need a hot water heater replaced which we will schedule in the near future. Jared always shows up when he says he will, explains what the issues are and plan of action. We first used Infinity Plumbing in 2018 when our water heater went out over a weekend. We upgraded to a tankless unit at Jared's suggestion, and we are very happy with it. He finished the job when he said he would and his work was very professional. Subsequently we used Infinity when we remodeled our bathroom. He handled all the plumbing needs with the remodel, even the difficult to install free standing tub. Jared has become the only plumber I recommend.

Our tankless water heater quit working on Friday. Jared was prompt and quickly diagnosed the problem. He needed to order parts to completely fix the problem, but was able to get us some hot water over the weekend with a "work around". He arrived in a timely manner on Monday afternoon and installed the new parts and also found another part that needed replaced. Made a quick trip to retrieve the extra part and we are now enjoying hot water again! You never know how much you appreciate something until you wash dishes with cold water. We highly recommend Infinity Plumbing.

I had a new tankless hot water system installed by Infinity Plumbing and could not be happier with the end result. Jared did a fantastic job of explaining what I should expect with the install as well as operation of the unit. Everything was done very fast and it looks great! He has also been very responsive to my follow up questions as well. I would absolutely recommend him for any plumbing job.

Jared exceeded our expectations. He was efficient and reasonably priced. And explained every detail of the job and there were no surprise fees.

Jarod kept me informed of what was needed and when inspections would happen. He helped me arrange for the tile work, and followed up to see it done.

When he told me what was planned and when, things happened like he said. There was none of the pushback or delays that I have encountered with other service/repair companies. He's on speed dial now, for any future plumbing needs.

They were running late. We talked by phone and agreed to proceed with the service. When they got here it took them about twice as long as expected to correct the issue. An issue another (unnamed) plumber did not correct.

Great job. Not only removed my hot water heater, he went and got a new one and installed it in an ice storm. This will be my go to guy in the future.

My Chick-fil-A locations in Tulsa have used Infinity Plumbing many times, and as you can imagine, we have lots of plumbing, and quite often we may have issues. They have always been clean, and effective.
