We are extremely pleased with our deck built by All Decked Out! From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond, especially Steven, Logan and Rai. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail and communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

We did our research and heard great things about All Decked Out. We ended up waiting a year after putting our down payment in before they started to build our second story deck with gazebo. But along the way they managed our expectations and were very professional. John Durington built our deck and we can't say enough good things about him. He was extremely professional, skilled, creative and very pleasant to work with.

This company was not the least expensive quote we got but you get what you pay for, and we wanted a safe, quality built deck that will last. We definitely got that. We would recommend this company without hesitation. Especially John!

We had an all-around wonderful experience working with All Decked Out to reconstruct our deck. All the employees whom we worked with were very courteous, professional, and very communicative. We are very happy with our new deck and gabled roof. Glad we waited it out for our turn. John was professional, friendly and extremely hardworking in the insane heat we had during that time. His skills are top notch! I can be pretty picky and I have no complaints. Wasn't sure how I would like the railing (I love it!) and love the English Porter on the ceiling of the roof.

The addition of the AZEK as suggested by Joe really is the finishing touch that makes it pop. Many compliments from my neighbors! I have already given out a few referrals and plan to continue. Great job All Decked Out!

By far the best contractors I've ever worked with. I built a house 2 years ago and nearly every contractor, subcontractor, builder lacked professionalism, work ethic and pride in their work. Mike and Sean (and others) really worked hard to to put a deck flush with my ovoid pool. It was a difficult site to work on and they pulled it off. If you want a deck built hire All Decked Out, you will not be disappointed. I'm currently thinking about other ideas just so I can hire them again.

I employed AllDeckOut to build me the backyard of my dreams. This included replacing and expanding my existing deck and constructing a brick paver patio. I worked personally with Joe, Zak and Jeff for project management and David and Dean for construction. I have to be honest and say the project management got off to a rough start and was overall marginal at best.

You could tell the experiential quality was there, but the communication and attention to detail was lacking. Before project start, 3 separate PMs were put on my project. The communication between PMs was lacking (there were egregious errors in communication with patio sub-contractor despite several communications verbally and in writing) and the construction drawings issued in the permit package were horribly wrong for the stairs, resulting in an additional week of labor to resolve the issue.

There was also an encroachment permit issue that came up that had to be resolved, resulting in a 3.5 month delay. However, as soon as Jeff came on the project, things significantly improved. Jeff immediately took responsibility for things, made almost daily checkpoints during construction, personally called/texted me if I had any questions and resolved all of my concerns in an extremely professional manner.

My recommendation would be to have 1 PM (preferably Jeff) track your project from start to finish. This will ensure small details are not missed, resulting in schedule delays and potential change orders. Also, I would be remiss if I did not mention the fantastic job that Jessica did in resolving our Encroachment petition with the county; she took care of everything and the result was successful.

The project management for this type of project is definitely needed, but could be significantly improved. As for the construction of the deck, David and Dean were fantastic. They kept a clean job site, had attention to detail and their skill was clearly apparent. David is a man of few words, but the words spoken were clear and effective. I would recommend David and Dean for any of my construction projects.

We worked with All decked Out to build a new deck with a grill island and a patio. The entire team at ADO is extremely kind and efficient. It was a very smooth and easy experience working with them. Our team included Zak, John, Logan and Jeff. John's craftsmanship and knowledge is remarkable. He was very polite and guided us throughout the process.

We really appreciated that every crew member was punctual and would clean and tidy up the site before they left for the day. Jessica and Jennifer at the office did an amazing job with respect to communication and planning. We constantly receive compliments from our neighbors! We are very glad we had a chance to work with ADO!

My new deck is magazine perfect. Steven Brown was the foreman on my job. He paid strict attention to every detail so when he finished the job there was nothing left undone. (He even washed the floor) He worked all day every day. Steven treated me as though I was his mother and I was the only person he worked for. I highly recommend All Decked Out. From the bid process to final payment a great experience.

In October, 2018-I contacted All Decked Out for the purpose of constructing two (2) beams that would connect the rear wall of my house and the detached garage. The two beams would serve as a connecting structure or mini pergola for the back courtyard area. The beams were to have lights added to them also. I paid a $60.00 consultation fee that was to be taken out of my final total for the project.a mock up drawing of the project was never done by the All Decked out staff.

Upon agreement to commence the work to be done, I paid for $945.00 (half) of the total $1,890.00 project for the two beams. I however submitted in digital format a mock-up sample of the look I was hoping to achieve by installing the beams. Upon booking my job for the end of May/ early June, 2019. I was approached by the owner Joe Hagan about an option/addition to my project called a leuvered roof.

The leuvered roof was outside of my price range substantially (an additional $14 grand). I informed the All Decked out staff that I wanted to proceed with my original two beam design and was reassured repeatedly that we could install the two beams to look like the original desired look and if I changed my mind later, I could always add the leuvered roof option to my project for an additional $14, 000.00 dollars.

We proceeded with the original project. Upon near completion of the two beam design, I was very disappointed with the look. It looked very much like an unfinished roof frame. I contacted the foreman and the owner of all decked out and was told by the owner (Joe Hagan) that he agreed that the beams "looked underwhelming" (his words) and that he would proceed with the removal of the beams.

On 6-19-19, I was informed that the removal of the beams would cost me $700.00 out of my original down payment for the project. The $700.00 charged to myself would serve as labor fee for the contractor who installed the beams that "looked underwhelming" per Joe Hagan. I feel this is completely wrong to the customer as I am left with one side of my home left with concrete siding that needs repaired and the other side of my garage left with holes in the vinyl siding that will beed to be replaced completely by myself to get the home structure back in the original shape prior to the beginning of the project.

Why am I responsible for them completely missing the mark on the vision of this project? I have also contacted the better business bureau to recover my $700.00. Costs for construction work should not be passed on to the consumer if all are in agreement that the finished project "looked underwhelming".

We received 3 bids and Joe the the owner was the only person to provide a great visual for what to expect including landscaping. Thank you All Decked Out! Great job, very happy.

They did great work on our deck. Steven Brown was our builder (I can't remember his partners name). While I'm thrilled with the results of the work, I was more impressed by the communication throughout. Anytime my wife or I called the company or spoke to the builders themselves, we got quick responses and complete answers. Would highly recommend.

I hired them to have a new deck built on my home. I received estimates from several other companies. Joe arrived on time to give me an estimate and seemed very knowledgeable. One of the other companies gave me a cheaper estimate but showed up late and did not seem as knowledgeable as Joe so I decided to hire All Decked Out. I definitely feel like I made the right choice.

The work was completed on time and the craftsmanship was very good. The crew was friendly and respectful. We now have a great space to enjoy the outdoors and and have gotten numerous compliments from friends and neighbors. I can't wait until the spring so we can have fun on our new deck!

We are so happy with the work performed by All Decked Out. All work was performed how it was explained and was completed on time. We have a lot of traffic flow at our site, and the work performed has helped expedite the issues we were having. Every employee on site that day were professional and courteous. If we need any more work done, All Decked Out will be who we call!

Just had All Decked Out install a fence for our yard. It looks awesome! They were prompt and extremely nice. I even asked for changes to post lay out on day two and they listened and made the changes I requested, quickly.

Joe Hagen and the folks at All Decked Out did an outstanding job building our deck and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the final result. Since we are retired, we wanted a low maintenance deck that required little or no upkeep, plus some custom features to permit all weather barbecuing.

We absolutely would and do recommend All Decked Out. The service and partnership in the effort are the primary drivers, although the excellent workmanship is a given. We already plan to work with them in the future when we are ready for our fence and likely for when we look to extend the patio underneath the deck.
