According to an April 11, 2016 article in the Chicago Sun Times titled Emanuel Adds Reinforcements in War on Rats there was a 67% spike in rat related complaints compared to the same time last year.

I've used this company 3 times since 2015-once for each apartment I've had. They came out once for bed bugs and twice for spiders & centipedes. I just had to call them again. Each time they've been extremely knowledgeable and pet safe. Each time they exterminated once & my issues never returned at all and/or never to the degree that they were. I'd rather call them than a landlord any day. Best exterminators in my opinion!

Brian came out the same day to address our mouse problem in a house we recently bought. My wife screamed and about jumped through the ceiling when a mouse ran across the dining room. I called them the next morning and they were here in the afternoon doing the treatment. Hopefully we wont have to have them back! 4/6/21: UPDATE - we had them back as the mice continued to be seen.
They came back, placed more baits and more traps a few weeks ago, and we saw 2 mice last night, and 2 sightings last week. I don't know if any other pest control company could do better, but the problem persists. I also found out that flea bites are itchy as hell. Effing mice.

Critical:Professionalism, Quality, Value Used them a few times hoping it would end but they performed the bare minimum service (no inspection of site for how rats were getting in, for example) and scheduled no follow up to remove traps, which I guess I'm supposed to pick up and remove. We sadly had to use their services yesterday for bed bugs and couldn't have been happier with their services! Both Chris and Eric were very professional, prompt and very helpful in making this uncomfortable situation as smooth as possible. They were able to come out the very same day I called and their prices were very reasonable compared to others I looked at. We will definitely recommend them to anyone if God forbid they need those Services as well

The entire neighborhood was going through a rat infestation after construction work in the neighborhood. The City of Evanston at first was non responsive due to some bad ordinance where they would not handle condominiums.they have since changed that ordinance. We hired this company based on online reviews and a phone conversation where they explained their process.

I called Advanced to treat for drain flies. I was very happy with the service, from beginning to end. I reached a live person on Saturday evening and had an appointment offered for Monday and scheduled formTuesday due to my schedule constraints. They were early, very personable and professional, and did a great job explaining the steps they were taking and the follow up actions for me.

Erik and Josh came out the day after I called for service. They examined the property and the rat nest under my deck, explained the plan for baiting and for exterminating the rats with snap traps. The very next day we had a dead rat in one snap trap. I called and they came out the same day to remove the rat and reset the trap.

There are not words to describe how great these guys have been. I have worked with both Nathan and Erik (any others of their team whose names I have forgotten) and I know without them this gross situation of rats INSIDE the house would have make me lose my sanity. The guys were great with my tenants too--explaining to them and me what was happening while not panicking anyone.

Really pleased with this company! We called on Saturday, and they came a few hours later. They matched the price they quoted over the phone (not the case with others that we called). Erik came over and we described our situation. We have a kitty (who seemed to make friends with the mice. sigh) and they were eating all of his food, as he would watch.
