We had interior and exterior work done by Buford and are very happy with the results. They were responsive, reasonably priced and finished everything in a timely manner. I enjoyed working with Kim and will definitely use them again on future projects!

My mom recommended Buford since they had done a great job replacing her roof a few years ago. I'm so glad she did because they did a fantastic job replacing my roof as well! They did it all in one day and did such a great job cleaning up after themselves that the nice new roof was the only evidence they had been here! Kim was a delight to work with.

We moved back to TX and of course within weeks we had a major hail storm. We had worked with Buford Roofing on our Southlake house a few years earlier and were very happy with their work. We were so thankful that they were willing to come all the way to Frisco. They again performed exceptionally and while I hope to never call them again, if we do have another major hail storm they would be my first and only call.

Bryce eager to get the job. But once he had it he was not eager to make right damage work crews did to my lawn. The new roof, associated work, coordinating with Bryce on insurance requirements and HOA approval is/was fantastic. When the work crew was on site, it was clear they made ruts in the front yard. Bryce met the news with denial and deflecting responsibility.

When I claimed the repairs would be $300 he never responded. It's disappointing b/c until I made the call to let Bryce know that the workers had rutted my lawn, I was really, really pleased with Buford Roofing. Based on Bryce's handling of my claim and the marketplace I would likely go with Griffith Roofing if I could redo the decision. Follow-up (after owner response): I received the check. Not because the owner asked, I added a star to my review (3-stars before owner response/making it right w/ check). Thank you Dana.

Buford Roofing were professional and easy to work with. They were quick, efficient, clean, and the pricing was reasonable. Kim our contact person at the company was always easy to get in touch with and made the project a breeze. The finish product looks absolutely amazing and we were thrilled with everything they did, including things they did that went above and beyond our expectations! This company truly knows how to make sure the customer is happy at the end of the day and that meant a lot to us.

Buford Roofing was unable to repair my small roof leak after $450 dollars and 3 visits. Very slow to return my calls and even had 2 people show up to work on the roof without any warning. After dealing with them for 3 months without results, we found a reputable roofing company who was able to fix the leak very quickly. At least I give them 1 star, they did a nice job on the work that didn't fix the leak. Good Grief!

Buford Roofing was great with the whole roof replacement process. My first experience with Buford was about 7 years ago when I called them for an inspection after several of the "storm chaser" companies told me I had damage. Maury came out then, got up on my roof, and told me I didn't have enough damage for a claim. Ofcourse he was right and I never had any leaks like the "storm chasers" told me I'd have if I didn't replace the roof back then.

That's when I knew I had found an honest, local roofer. 7 years later, when all my neighbors were getting roofs replaced due to storms this spring, I knew who to call. This time Maury told me I should call in a claim. I called my insurance and they asked if I had already had someone out. I told them I had Buford and gave them Maury's contact info. Turns out that I must not be the only one who trusts them as my insurance co didn't even send out their own adjuster.

They just used Maury's inspection, photos and estimate, and sent me a check for the replacement cost less my deductible. After having Maury and Kim out to show us samples and figure out some options, I had a replacement date scheduled for a few weeks out. Crew showed up on time, worked 3 long days straight in an unusually hot week for September, and I had a great looking new class 4 roof with all the right GAF roofing system elements that should last quite a while. Ofcourse, when it does need replacing I know who I'll call again. Thanks to Maury, Kim and the whole team at Burford for making this such an easy process for us.

Extremely professional and courteous. Barrett and his dad were absolutely amazing assisting me through the process of replacing shingles on my roof. All work that was required was explained during each step of this process. The work was completely very quickly. I was able to pay via credit card over the phone and Ms. Dana was fantastic. She was very pleasant, professional and courteous. I will definitely return for service.

After the April storms this season, I immediately called Buford Roofing & Construction, Inc. They were out here within hours. Their rep didn't just sell to us, but he was actually here on site during all the work that was done! Very impressive Sales and Customer Service.
