Report
Have you ever had a problem with clogged, leaky, broken or worn out sink.? These issues should be taken seriously as your sinks may need to be replaced rather than fixed. If you've had your sink for a long time now, old plumbing fittings can be loosen, especially the basket strainer. The time will come when your hot water heater needs to be replaced. Or, you may decide to buy a new water heater when you weigh the cost of repair against the cost of replacement.
Drain Line Repairs
Report
Clogged drain lines have caused serious problems to many. This could result to grease issues, odor, waste water backing up your drains, or overflowing toilet. You may have also thought of temporary solutions like changing the size of drains, adding more vent for a faster drain, adding a drain trap, using chemical drain cleaners or using a plunger to unclogged you drain lines.

I have used this company in the past and called them because I was having issues with my hot water heater. I explained that it was quite probably repairable, but was told it would have to be replaced if water was leaking from the top. I was then quoted over $1,000 for a replacement. I was not comfortable with this and took the time to call some other businesses.
One of the companies I called told me they would inspect the heater first and make their recommendation after that. As it turns out I was absolutely correct, the water was leaking from the mesh hose on the cold water inlet, nothing to do with the hot water heater. I ended up paying a little over $200 instead of over $1,000. I am glad I went with my instinct on this one and very disappointed with Sinclair.

The work is okay but rates are very high. I was left without a kitchen faucet for three weeks. The person arranging my countertop / sink installation kept getting told the faucet would be there tomorrow and then we would get ignored. 3 weeks later we FINALLY got our faucet. No apology and no explanation. It made me feel they didn't want me as a customer. I called someone else for our basement remodel.

In my opinion if you have a small job with no obstacles DON'T call Sinclair Plumbing. I had a faucet put in for outside use. It took 3 hours to run 40 feet of plastic tubing to faucet. When I got the bill I called several times to talk with the owner about the bill, never talked to him. The plumber that did the job called and told me NEVER to call again.

Dear Folks at Sinclair Plumbing, Thank you so much for the plumbing job you recently did in our downstairs bathroom. We want to especially thank Wes who we found not only polite and accommodating, but thorough and very neat. He replaced everything in the closets and there wasn't much for me to do. We are looking forward to working with you in the future.

This company is by far the worst! They can to our home and diagnosed the issue with our water heater and said they would be back around 3pm to fix it. Instead we get a call stating they need to order the part and it would be in Thursday or Friday and they would call when it came in. Thursday passes by and we didn't hear anything so mid morning Friday I call to see what was going on.
Come to find out they sent someone to our home and they let themselves into our home without our knowledge. To make this experience even better, the replacement part they used is heavily damaged and we found some of the water heater sheilds laying on the groud. So here we are day 6 with no hot water. My calls are not being returned even from their "emergency line". Unfortunately due to the home warranty that came with our home I have to continue to deal with these clowns!

Dear Rich, We wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your excellent service regarding our last installation visit. Your prompt response to our phone call, and next day follow up were very much appreciated. In the last five years we have built three homes, two of which we general contracted ourselves.
