Robert and Jeanie Pender have been married for 25 years. After serving in the United States Navy Robert retired to start another career. Jeanie had been working in the construction industry as a manager for a remodeling company, a custom home builder, and then as a manager for a roofing company. In July 2008 Robert and Jeanie started their own company RTB Construction.

Working in different phases of construction Jeanie quickly learned that the customers concerns were not always being addressed. She decided that when RTB Construction was formed the main focus would be on customer satisfaction. RTB can provide a Free, and Honest evaluation of your homes needs.
