I am very impressed with the promptness, quality and professionalism provided by Irene's European House Cleaning Service. Spoke with Kathy on Friday, she made time to meet me at the house and go over the details and in addition sent me a team the following day (on a Saturday no less). Robert and Ava are exceptional at the service they provide, and I mean "exceptional"! I have used house cleaning services for 30+ and Irene's is definitely at the top! Thank you Kathy, Ava and Robert for an outstanding service!

Very dependable and responsive cleaning service! I have used them on multiple occasions, and they amaze me every and each time with the work quality. They come on time when they are scheduled. Kathy is very professional, asks questions to make sure that the cleaning work goes smoothly, explains in detail what they will do, but most importantly follows my instructions.

I have been using Irene's for about two years. The customer service is professional and the cleaning service is high quality. A manager came to my home to complete the initial assessment, and she maintains regular communication with me. She assigned Marcel (I am a guy, so sending a guy was a good idea) to clean my home, and he does FANTASTIC work!

He is always on time, has a friendly demeanor, and is very thorough in his work--all of these characteristics are equally important to me. I am one of those obsessive, compulsive cleaners who believed no one would clean my home as well as I do. Turns out, Marcel does! I do not spot clean or re-clean anything after he is finished. Great service! I have even had to make modifications to the schedule, and the manager, Kathy, was absolutely accommodating and kind throughout the process. Price wise, it is on par with what friends of mine pay for similar services in other areas. I highly recommend this company!

We are now regular Irene House Cleaning Service's clients. We have a 3,200 sqft house at The Retreat community in Corona. When it comes to cleaning, our home is very time consuming to clean because of its size.

Kathy and her team ( Christian and Joanna) is super flexible! They are so friendly and accommodating to my request. I currently have them on weekly schedule and the home is always nice and clean. Just to add one extra point I have three cats and one dog at home but when friends visited they don't even know I have them! So when I say clean it is CLEAN!

I use them for a bi-weekly cleaning service for my 2,750sqft home in Corona. The house, especially bathrooms and kitchen, is always sparkling. The maids are very friendly.

Needed a "move-in deep clean" and Irene's European Cleaning came in clutch! Very pleased and will use this their services again. Kathy responded to my inquiry very quickly and said she'd have cleaners available for me the next morning. Before setting it up, I asked her if she could come to my house to assess/quote, and she happily obliged. The two cleaners showed up to my home ON TIME and worked very hard the entire time. I was able to express what I wanted cleaned and how clean I liked things. I am beyond thankful for them, as they took away a lot of my move-in stress!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CLEANING SERVICE! I emailed Irenes European Cleaning after seeing the great reviews on Google and yelp and boy was is a stroke of luck! I received a phone call within few minutes and within 1 hour Kathy came over to take a look at my home and gave me a quote. She showed up on time, was very confident and carefully listened to my needs which was not the case with two other couple of cleaning services that I called in for an estimate. Kathy's quote was surprisingly reasonable and she earned my business without much hesitation.
