Critical: Responsiveness 2 attempts and no one called back. I understand the industry is busy, however not a good perception to use the excuse we are too busy to not follow up on future clientel and business. Remember word of mouth goes a long way!

Atlantis pools designed and built my family a dream pool. John's presentation and salesmanship won our business. They use quality products and skilled workers. They have always done what was agreed, including service after the sale. It's been two years since our pool was completed and I trust John would take care of any issues to this day. I highly recommend Atlantis to anyone looking to build a luxurious and quality pool. Side note: I highly recommend the in-floor cleaning system. it's well worth the money.

I have used Atlantis Pools since the mid-1980. They have successfully built two pools for my previous homes, which only makes sense to me to use them for my newest remodel project and new home. Atlantis pool was able to successfully rework a previous pool builders pool design with a Salt Water System to a more innovative UV System that does actually uses less chemicals.

I can't say enough good things about them, especially meeting the understandable timelines even with various weather delays. They replaced both of my older pumps with new technology and gave great service and support after Installation including the correct winterization needs for a water feature. I know there are more pool construction demands due to the pandemic and if you're one of the lucky ones to get to use Atlantis Pools from my experience you will not be disappointed with the lifetime construction and durability or the replastering of a remodel and/or new construction.

I have referred Atlantis Pools business for more than 25+ years to my friends and colleagues who have been very happy with the results. One thing I must say is another plus for Atlantis Pools has is a great support team from their Oklahoma City factory service professionals that actually help support the customers after Installation per my experience with them. Sincerely satisfied customer since 1985.

John was great to work with. Originally came up with a great design from our initial consultation in our backyard. He was open to our changes during the design. He contracts very little out so he is in my control of the pool build. The contractors he does use seemed very reliable and does great work. We built in the wettest spring in decades. There were delay's that John had no control over, but did the best he could. We love our backyard and would definitely recommend Atlantis and would use them again.

Proud to say i worked with John WAY back when, and happy for his success. Glad he has stuck with the attention to customer, quality, and detail philosophy he taught me years ago. You can't go wrong going with Atlantis. Great going John.

I've known John, the owner, for years - he and his team do great work! They provided great design options with beautiful rock work, using very high quality materials. A+ all around! I'd highly recommend Atlantis.

Atlantis Pools constructed a pool for us during the summer of 2017. We found them to be professional from the design phase through the clean up and finish phase of the project. They accepted every change we suggested in the design and construction. The construction went smoothly. Because they have more than project going at the same time, they did not show on some days.

Probably the best way to describe my opinion of the work was precision, timeliness. John was always here we could always get a hold of him

The great thing was we could tell that John was focused on working on our pool and we didn't feel like we were 1 of 20 pools he was working on.

We went to 3 or 4 pool companies really looking to see what would be the best company to get our pool from

He (John) walked us through price, options, everything just fantastic. Built a 3D perspective for us. Went through everything in his office, it was unbelievable. We really enjoyed working with John tremendously.

I apreciate the construction hands on aspect of the business that John had.

Atlantis has built over 1000 pools in Eastern Oklahoma over the past 33 years - all under my ownership and management. I have always conducted my business with honesty and integrity and have many repeat customers. I am even building pools for second generation customers. I am saddened by the negative comments posted here by "anonymous" users. I feel these posts were placed here by a competitor rather than a true customer. I hope you will consider our long track record rather than an anonymous personal attack. Thank you!

I'm not sure what all the negative comments are about. Although Atlantis Pools did take longer than I hoped for to finish my pool and backyard it was done by Memorial Day when we were ready to swim. Other than that, he did a superb job, used quality materials and equipment, and is quite honest and fair. To have a pool put in I suggest starting work in the late fall and you should have no problems. Good job, John. Russ Adams
