Amazing customer service! After a complete snafu with my rental company these people are making it right after installing the ugliest floor I've ever seen (production/supply issues perhaps, yay Covid). It's good to know that there still are kind, customer service oriented business in this day and age of corporate greed. Thank you dryfast for making it right.

Also who ever designed this flooring to be produced should be fired but that's a whole different matter. It seems like exactly what you put in when you want to get rid of rent controlled tenants.

Dryfast responded very quickly to an emergency pipe break that flooded my neighbor's and my apartment. After the Bomb Cyclone over the weekend, Orlando and Geraldo quickly responded to an active leak in our office space. They quickly diagnosed the issue, communicated the steps to dry out the room, and did daily checks to see how the drying was going. They were in and out within two days - super professional, respectful and masterful. Thanks so much guys!

Orlando and Geraldo did a great job with a dry out and subsequent paint and patch work. If you are landlord looking for a team ready to help with emergency dry out following bad leaks please consider them. They are experts at working with difficult tenants and resolving issues in a professional manner.

I can't say enough good things about Orlando and Geraldo who performed mold abatement in our tiny, difficult to work in, Downtown San Francisco bathroom. Before Dryfast was even hired, this project had gone off the rails, and tensions were already running high--not an ideal situation for anyone to walk into. Between our landlord's people, plumbers, contractors and a building manager (I think about 15 people in total were involved)--it was Orlando that we ultimately trusted to give us clear and accurate information.

Not only did Orlando and Geraldo do a great job with the abatement and clean-up, but they were always on time, knowledgeable, respectful of our home and our time, and very patient with our hundreds of questions--they both went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I had a major ceiling water leak in my San Francisco apartment this past Saturday night, and Dryfast was here promptly that night and over the last few days setting up fans and a dehumidifier. Sorry for the late review, I loved working with Georgio and his crew. They got the job done and were super nice! We agreed in advance to a detailed contract; the prices were spelled out for each task. Their payment structure was easy to follow and their scope of work was exactly what we required.

We were bidding on a home in Burlingame (very competitive situation) and DryFast was able to come out and give us a POV on the property with less than 12 hours notice. They were extremely professional, comprehensive, and trustworthy. They looked into all the disclosures and identified the problem areas, and also did a thorough walk through of the property with us and identify other issues.

As well, they gave us cost estimates for fixes, and ideas for improvement. DryFast provided us with comfort to move forward on a property that was extremely old. In addition to doing the standard protocols, DryFast went above and beyond to provide their POV and color, which we found to be incredibly helpful. At the same time, they were honest, which created trust.

So I just did an inspection of a potential unit with Georgio and here's what I will say. Georgio is phenomenal. He is genuinely one of the nicest people I have met that kept encourging me to ask him questions. But don't let his super friendly personality make it seem like he's eager for just your money, he's not. I really felt in our meeting that Georgio genuinely loves helping people and not making mistakes that will cost more in the future. Georgio didn't tell me to replace and change everything.

He told me to replace only some things that were major. He could have quoted me 10k more but he told me the item doesn't need to be changed and that it's better to change it when it gives out. He didn't just tell me if something was good or bad. He explained things to me- how you can see if there's a problem, how you can tell the air is good etc.

I learned so much from 30-40 minutes of just being with him. He seemed VERY knowledgable on seriously everything I was curious about from dryrot to mold to electrical to heating, even checked possibility of termites. He built his own office, couple of houses in project, and I just don't think that if you didn't trust yourself enough you would build your own office and I wouldn't ask just anyone to build my house I mean that's just me.

If you're house searching or you bought a new house or you're going to build one, wherever in the process you should definitely contact him and ask him to take a look or get it fixed for you. You get so much more than an inspection and you'll learn to recognize these things and save yourself money eventually before you end up with a problem that will cost you six figures.

Also Georgio came earlier than the appointment time to look around the building. I buy that very highly too. Initiative and seriously caring about your clients are things you just can't buy with money. Also I asked Georgio yesterday night to come and he came today at 9:30am. Talk about a quick turnaround!

This is the third time I use DryFast. They are very responsive and are able to come very quickly. The first time I used them almost 10 years ago. I was on a trip in China and my tenant texted my the apartment is flooding from the bathtub. Dry fast showed within 1 hour on a Sunday night and fixed the issue explained all details to my tenant and left the equipment needed to remove the moisture This time I had a problem with faulty appliance on second floor causing intermittent leak to the apartment below. Georgio was able to figure out what was the issue, provided quote in less than a day and when I contacted insurance all problems was solved quickly and efficiently Big thanks to DryFast and Georgio!

Georgio is a life saver! We needed a last minute inspection on a prospective home purchase and he worked around our schedule to squeeze us in. He was thorough, quick, and informative - did a great job of explaining everything he was evaluating through the process.

Dryfast is the best water damage/mold remediation and plumbing company in the Bay Area! In the beginning, we didn't know what the actual issue in our apartment was. We couldn't identify where the unpleasant smell in our kitchen was coming from. Georgio an exceptionally astute owner was able to discern that the order was coming from the crawls space.

In fact, it was all flooded due to old and broken pipes. Georgio summoned a hard-working team to clear the space and change the pipes. A team of experienced professionals came quickly, set up their equipment, cleaned, and contained the area. Not only they fixed the damage, but they also monitored the area for another week and made sure it's all restored and disinfected. Furthermore, they are fully equipped and used cutting-edge technologies to determine and fix the damage such as humidity/leak detection sensors, air sampling systems, and ozone generators for mold infestations.

DryFast was a life saver for me! I updated all appliances on my new property and had the store deliver and install. When the tenant on the second floor moved in the disaster began The tenant on first floor will call late and night and report water is dripping from a ceiling and when I went next day there was no more leak. I called DRYFAST at 415-756-0233 and was lucky enough to speak with the owner Georgio.

He suggested that the the leak is most likely from the new appliance on the second floor and since it is intermittent it is most likely from the water or Ice dispenser. Our apartment was flooded and had severe water damage. DryFast was hired by our landlord to remediate since they had such high Yelp reviews. Initially during the construction, they were not adhering to timelines agreed upon until further pressure was applied threatening their payout. Granted our landlord is also super flakey and unreliable so who knows where the real problem and disconnect.

But the real headache started after the repairs were "completed." They left behind a whole slew of issues for our apartment. 1. Bathroom racks were not put back in the right place in the walls, for example, a long rack was put where a shorter one should've been so now the door doesn't open all the way. 2. Several doors that have been newly installed are sagging and not leveled. 3.

The BIGGEST problem are the floorboards. They are lifted up and uneven on several spots. When you step on the areas, the floorboards move up and down and is now a tripping hazard. It's also progressing to other parts of the apartments and getting more severe. 4. They were also very sloppy with cleanup. There are so much of remaining paint splatters all the over the place, on things like bathroom floors and kitchen counters.

The cleanup was a total joke. Think twice before deciding to go with them! This is a sloppy operation that does a half hearted job. The one star is only because the restoration service manager was professional and honest about the timeline after we were finally able to talk to someone.

Our real estate team has worked with Georgio many times and he is one of the best general contractors in San Francisco. He's extremely knowledgeable, knows how to interact with clients, and is overall a great guy. When no one else was able to take our projects, Georgio delivered and exceeded expectations.

Georgio is awesome! He came super last minute to give a thorough inspection of a home we were trying to buy. His knowledge and expertise was a huge help in determining the true value of our home!

I've had the unfortunate experience of water damage in my home recently and I looked up on yelp and found DryFast and decided to give them a call. Georgio and Orlando;his right hand man, were fantastic, as you can imagine I was a nervous wreck when they arrived, and they were sure to put me at ease with positive reassurance and can do attitude.

Georgio is amazing! We needed someone to come out on very short notice as we needed to determine how bad the mold and water issue is on the house we were considering to buy. Georgio did an extremely thorough job of inspecting the home. He was able to give us real solutions to our problems that are actionable and easy to implement. Georgio and his team did an excellent job restoring my property after the the valve behind the refrigerator popped and filling the entire house with water. I threw towels everywhere and called Dryfast. Georgio and his team showed up immediately and jumped in with dehumidifiers and blowers. We ended up escalating to 4 dehumidifiers and 6 blowers. I relied 100% on Georgio's expertise and I felt confident the floor would be preserved.

Over the next 10 days, the Dryfast team stayed vigilant until the floor dried out and moisture measurements were back down to normal. Georgio and company were extremely responsive and addressed all of my concerns in a professional and swift manner. I regularly hire Dry Fast for help with maintaining our office and my residence. I had plumbing and electrical emergencies at the office. Dry Fast showed up within hours on both occasions. We've had a water damage in our commercial building, DRYFAST responded on Sunday night within a 40 minutes. The technicians were very helpful and professional, they definitely knows what they are doing.

After a tipsy guest spilled a full glass of red wine on my premium snow white carpet, I tried a few popular carpet cleaner products and the results were horrendous. Then I turned again to DryFast. You can tell who you will deal with and what to expect on the very first call to Dryfast. You can tell these guys know what they are doing just by hearing them going over options, understanding mold, safety and remediation of damages. Competitive rate was just a bonus.
